He was prompt, explained everything to me. Results came back from independent lab and he called to go over the results. Fortunately, no work needed, but if it had, I would look into this company for that.

Keith was prompt, polite and extensively knowledgeable. He walked me thru the process for mold testing using simple terms and followed up with an in depth explanation of the results. I hired Keith to do mold testing on my home. When I first reached out via Angi, he responded within an hour (maybe even minutes?). He sounded friendly and approachable, as well as knowledgeable, and spent a good amount of time answering my questions over the phone, and in the end, those were the reasons that I hired him. The following week, he collected air samples from 5 areas of my home plus an exterior sample as a baseline, and within several business days, emailed me a scientific report from the lab. We then went over the report by phone. (Happily for me, I didn’t jave a mold problem.) Overall - friendly, responsive and knowledgeable! I highly recommend him!

I am so grateful and completely satisfied with Peake Restoration! I previously had a mold inspection done and tests showed I had black mold in the air in my bedroom. I am highly allergic to mold and mildew and suffer asthmatic attacks. I contacted Peake and Keith came out. He explained exactly what he would do to find the mold and gave me an estimate, which I felt was more than reasonable. He discovered the mold and the cause of it! He quickly completed the work in the exact estimated time and I also received a discount for my cash payment. Peake Restoration is an excellent company to work with. Keith and his crew were very professional and responsive to our needs. Keith identified the mold in the paneling in our basement family room and other basement areas, which another company completely missed. Keith explained the remediation process. It was scheduled and done in one day. Brandon, who did the remediation, did an excellent job. He walked through to see what needed to be done in each area, and explained what he was going to do. When he was finished, he walked us through all areas, pointed things out, and asked if we had any questions. The difference between before and after was amazing. We couldn't be more pleased with the result.
