Just make sure that you review everything you want done before. There was not a problem here because everything reviewed was don by company. Except I wanted the stair carpet removed and they did not when I called they said; this was not a part of the protocol by my hired mold specialist.

It was a Pleasure dealing with a contractor that was straightforward and honest. I had several contractors give me a review of the situation and an estimate. This was the most efficient and logical review and estimate of work to be done for mold removal. He showed up for the job exactly the same time said. And the job was completed in a day and a half, which is what he said. I called him back a few weeks later to do a painting job for me, which was also done as efficiently.
