I was apprehensive about getting into the-whole area of mold, afraid of getting swept up in a standard protocol directed toward a big mold-removal project. I was dubious about the lab tests involved. Keith Bock, however, showed up, explained what he was going to do and answered questions in a straightforward manner. We were trying to determine where a mildew smell was coming from in the kitchen. Keith took the air readings inside and outside of the house and then went under the house and took pictures of areas to discuss; he emailed them to me. He sent the lab results by email the next day and called to explain. Determined that mold is not the problem. The problem is a drainage problem from outside. Our house is at the bottom of a slope and rainwater tends to pool in the area just outside of the area the smell was coming from. Keith told us that we had "passed" the lab tests. Thus, we are turning our attention to control of outside water. Keith suggested a better vapor barrier in the crawl space (it is only contractor grade) but agreed that we can certainly wait and see. He found a couple of other things in the crawl space that we will also repair. All in all, Keith did what we asked him to do and he did it very well. Money well spent. Recommend him highly.

I had an emergency situation. I needed mold remediation in a utility closet two days before closing/settlement on a property. I received an assessment with pictures and an estimate at my workplace from Peake within an hour of making the call. I was able to arrange for the work the very next day. It was completed as described with no glitches. It is rare today that one receives such quick service and gets exactly what they expected. I am now able to go to settlement on schedule. Thank you Peake....highly recommend

What an honest and fair professional~! You should work with this company. Keith came to do a review of my home for mold removal/remediation in three discrete areas. He taught me a lot on the way through his inspection, then informed me I could get the work needed less expensively with an insulation contractor and a general contractor. He did not feel my mold issues warranted the extra expense of his certified employees. Who does that?! Honesty does still exist~ I am a single woman (read: often screwed over) and Keith was a refreshing change. Other individuals who also reviewed this project came out at the opposite end of this spectrum. So nice to see Keith's decency and professionalism. My savings are his loss. If I needed the work, he'd be the one. You should go with this company.

Incredibly informative, efficient, neat and a pleasure to work with.

First it started with a visit from Keith to take air samples. The information and tips he provided were top notch. Prompt and great service. We found some mold in its early stages and had them come out for remediation. Sent two guys out led by Scott. Thought it would take the whole day but took just over half a day and the work was on point. Very thorough with their explanations as well. Peake provides A1 service. WORTH. EVERY. CENT.

They gave me an honest opinion that I did not have mold issues and would not need to spend on remediation and did not charge me for their professional visit and advice. Also arrived on time. Thanks keith!

Keith was very easy to get in touch with either by phone or email and was able to schedule a service within a couple days of our first contact. The mold report came shortly thereafter and he made sure to explain the meaning of it instead of just sending it for me to interpret. He also gave honest recommendations which I appreciated.
