everything was done in a very timely and professional manner, although I thought the cost for an hours work was a little high.

The plumber arrived within the specified time frame. Looked at the problem and went to work explaining each step he was taking in cleaning the drain. With determination he had the drain flowing. neat, professional and friendly.

I have hired them to do other work since and have been overwhelmed by their friendlyness and proffessional nature in communicating with me about appointment times, explanation of possible problems, and the necessary repair options. I'm glad to have found this wonderful company.

It went very smoothly. Ryan arrived on time and he called before he came. He introduced himself when he arrived. He took a look at the sink faucet and explained my options in detail. I chose to replace 35 year old faucet instead of trying to fix it. Ryan had one on the truck. He replaced it and cleaned up his work area. He was friendly and very professional. We will continue to use Chesapeake Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Fast, friendly and inexpensive. Called Chesapeake Plumbing at 7:30am to report the problem. I was told that a plumber would call me 15 minutes prior to coming to my house. Received a call at 8:11am saying he was at my house, an incorrect number was on the call sheet but somehow he was able to get my number once he arrived at the house. He was out the door and bill paid by 9:00am.

It went well. They were professional in setting things up, and efficient in doing the work. No issues to speak of.

John was great. The fixes were done easily. His instructions on flushing revealed that we had "half flushers." Everything went very well.

Have used Chesapeake Plumbing on several occasions. They are always on time and get the job done quick. Today I had John who was helpful & pointed out a few issues from the previously installed disposal. Seems the other company that installed the disposal forgot to hook - up the grounding king which could have caused a fire.

We had to turn off the water to the entire house, so when we called they said they'd send someone within an hour. Keith arrived ahead of time, was friendly, competent, and professional. He recommended replacing both valves with better quality, although only one was leaking and we did that. About an hour later we noticed the line leaking at the valve he had replaced and called them again. He was back in 20 minutes! The problem was a missing washer in the bidet supply line, which he quickly replaced for free, and then remained for another 15+ minutes to be sure there were no leaks. We are very pleased with the work and the price. We had used Chesapeake Plumbing, Inc previously and that's why we called them again today. We're sure now that they will be our regular plumbing service whenever the need arises in the futures. We'll recommend them to others.

Keith showed up exactly on time. He was very professional, cordial, willing to answer questions & discuss concerns. He worked carefully & nearly & cleaned up after himself. He had a difficult job in removing the cartridge from the shower control, as it had frozen in place, but worked very carefully so as not to damage the supply lines – eventually drilled out the old cartridge. Excellent work.

it actually took longer than i thought it would, which increased the price,but considering the area they had to manuver thru, they did a very good job. I did think the cost of the initial visit to see what had to be done ( 15 min/ $ 135.00 ) was a bit excessive.

Well. I had hurt my ankle and the guy was so nice. He told me to relax my ankle and he would handle it.

Provider determined that the elements were bad and needed to be replaced. He did not have the parts in stock and they had to be ordered. The provider's administrative assistant suggested that I personally should order the parts because it would be much cheaper. She was very helpful in assisting me with the order. The technician was on site for about 35 minutes, performed his testing and completed paperwork. My only complaint is the $150 charge for 35 minutes work. This may be a minimum charge for house call.

The plumber called to let me know that he was on his way. He worked quickly and efficiently and since we had an older toilet he has to fashion a piece to do the repair. He also made quite sure that the leak under the sink was fixed. This is the 4th time I have used this company and will always use them if at all possible!

The company was responsive, showed up on time, got the job done quicker than I thought, and they did great. If you do a survey, they will give you a coupon on the next job.

I needed a plumber to diagnose and repair a leaky corner stand up shower. Tech arrived late due to a longer than expected previous appointment before mine. It actually worked out perfect due to my work obligations. Tech was polite, professional and very courteous. In and out in less than an hour charged for 1 hour of labor plus 10% off AL coupon. Tech was patient with my issue but finally deemed that there was no leak or pipe issue with the plumbing, but was almost positive it was indeed a shower structural issue with the existing framework. He even provided me with a partner company to further diagnose and followup replacing the faulty structure. I would use them again - possibly for a shower head piping adjustment that the tech and I discussed.

They were scheduled to arrive between 8 AM and 10 AM. At exactly 8 AM the plumber showed up. I showed him the project and he started right away, cleaning up as he worked. Once he was done, I mention two other projects I would be doing in the future, and he took a look at them, and gave me estimates on the projects. I was very pleased with him. Very professional, but also personable. I was also pleased to find out that he was a veteran.

We called on Friday & they came out on Monday a.m. were on time & finished in ½ hour very professional.
