He was the plumber for a general contractor that ended up quitting the job I would say they're not homeowner friendly. They did not respond to requests on pricing and told me I needed to speak to the contractor. They couldn't figure out how to install a particular drain we wanted in the bathroom, I think it's called an infinity drain. Instead of having a drain in the middle of your shower floor, your shower slopes towards one direction and it's kind of like a little crack or ledge and the water just magically floats away. I would never use this provider again.

Plumber arrived a few minutes early and called prior to arriving. He was respectful of my house and pleasant to deal with. Both problems above were completed in a reasonable amount of time.

John the plumber arrived and replaced the fill valve on my toilet. He was also going to replace the handles on the shower but they are no longer made. He gave me all of the information on them and will order new handles. From start to finish it was efficient, helpful, and professional.

They were great. The total bill was around $500. I would rate then an A for sure. All the above A's. They are my primary choice. It was quality work, and quality communication. They were very professional. There was one person who came out to do the work, and interacting with the sales staff were great.

Two days later, still leaked. What is difficult is you pay $200 to stop leak and still leaks. The faucets need to be replaced. I wish I put my $200 to new faucets instead of labor. They were very nice. Came out quickly. I thought they were going to look and advise; not look and repair (which didn't work). Did I call and complain? No. They were nice. Would I rehire? Only if I could put the $200 towards the next job. Probably will get a handyman. Plumbers are too expensive to replace faucet.

Keith was on time, after calling first to say he was on his way. All 3 jobs were fairly small, but he was efficient with his time and clearly knew what he was doing! Very friendly also.
