Description of Work: We had a problem with diverted valve leaking into wall. Plumber arrived same day and gave an estimate for repairs $375. He left for couple hours and come back to finish and charged almost $600. There was installed both new valve and faucet. After installation faucet did not work properly. Next day another plumber re-installed both valve and faucet and explained that previous was defective. Current faucet in our bathroom is low quality and does not give option to get warm water with a slow flow. |Our attempt to adjust estimate did not work much. Dispatcher admitted that first plumber overcharged us 30 minutes of labor, but did not want to much cost to nationwide average ($380).

Description of Work: Replace refrigerator water line from plastic hose to a pvc type connection that critters can't bite into. Then replaced the hose from plastic to a flexible steel hose with a water faucet type of connection behind the refrigerator for easy turn off and on. Wanted a shutoff valve in wall, but house has electrical wiring and vent going up into the wall behind the refrigerator. I have been enjoying fresh water and ice every since the repair without fear of leaks.

Description of Work: Had a lead in my garage, below hall powder room. They removed the toilet, replaced the wax seal and bolts, reset the toilet, and the problem was solved. The workers were amazing, polite, cheerful and got the job done in 45 minutes.

Description of Work: Leaky shower caused (probably) by a blown cartridge in the on/off handle -- the tech confirmed that was the likely problem, he replaced the cartridge and re-caulked the handle surround. No problems since. I have no cost basis to compare with, however I do think $105 for 1 hour labor seems prohibitive (especially as that was a 'deal'), but may be the going rate. | |No problems with the service, professionalism, or quality of repair -- I'd use them again (hopefully not necessary), and recommend to others.

I can’t remember the date of their most recent work, but once again they handled the job professionally and we were well pleased. I would rate them an A across all categories.
