Called Chesapeake Plumbing at 8:00 AM and they had their plumber technician at my house by noon. Fixed the problem in just over an hour. Excellent service. What was really cool was that the scheduler in the office asked me to take some photos of the bad plumbing and send them to her. She forwarded them to the technician to ensure he had everything he needed and would arrive prepared and with knowledge of the problem. That was smart. Chesapeake Plumbing will be now be our go to plumbers. They are very, very good.

Tub spout is not leaking and shower head works great! I had to be sure I provided the new spout and shower heads. I thought the price was fairly good. I was dispappointed that one of the shower heads did not work and that the plumber did not keep extra tub spouts as apparently I needed a new tub spout becuase the new shower head was not working properly. But he explained how to replace it with a new one. He wore shoe covers as I had asked and was efficient and polite.

Keith arrived within the expected timeframe, determined the problem with each of the three faucets, and repaired them all within an hour. Cost of service included labor and parts and Angie's List discount.

John was able to diagnose the problem and get it cleared quickly. I highly recommend Chesapeake Plumbing.

I called him three times and they have yet to call me back with the quote for the hot water tank installation I would not recommend this person

We had 3 bath and 1 kitchen project that were part if a renovation completed by Chesapeake Plumbing. The plumbers are professional, timely and efficient. They arrived within the expected window of time and scheduling appointments with the their office was seamless. The workmanship was excellent, accompished in a timely manner and area was clean when they left. We would highly recommend this group.

Plumber worked diligently to correct problem with flange that was installed too low below the floor. It went well and a new toilet that I purchased separately was installed.

The plumber arrived on time. He could not replicate the leak (I had turned off the water at the faucet), but he tried multiple ways to replicate the problem. He told me what to do if I saw the problem happen again.

It went great! John (the plumber) was professional and flexible. One of the toilet flanges was sitting too low after ceramic tile was installed, so he promptly left and went to the supply house and got a flange extension kit. The job took longer than expected and John just went with the flow. Amanda, the office coordinator and dispatch, is wonderful and very responsive.

They arrived on time, pipe was cut and replaced in a timely manner, pleased with the results. Chesapeake is my go to for plumbing repairs.

This went very well! I discovered the leaking valve on Christmas Eve, and contacted Chesapeake Plumbing on 12/27. They had a plumber at my house 12/28. He diagnosed the problem, and compared the types of the replacement valves he had available as well as their relative merits. He did a great job of explaining those, and allowing me to make an expedient and quality choice. He then replaced the plumbing. He appropriately indicated that since my sprinkler system was already evacuated for the winter it would likely be imprudent to try running water out to it in late December. He suggested that I test that portion of things when testing the system before use, and told me to call them if any problems manifested at that time. (They did not.) The work was completed within an hour. I was very impressed by the plumber's courtesy, professionalism, and punctuality.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the scheduler worked with me to get an appointment first thing in the morning, which was helpful. The plumber arrived right on time. Unfortunately, he didn't have the cartridge I needed, so part of the time (and money) was spent with the plumber driving to get the part--even though the scheduler had suggested that the problem was that a new cartridge was probably needed, so I had assumed the plumber would come with the part. Other than that, once the plumber returned, the tub was fixed quickly.

The provider was very punctual and professional. He clearly explained the issues and the cost to me upfront and then worked efficiently to minimize the charges.

Service person was excellent! However; the order from the office was missing the tankless water heater request- part of my request. We need to schedule another service call.
