Went great. The appointment was set up quickly, the plumber arrived promptly after calling and the work was completed in an hour. The room was cleaned up and everything worsens great. We were very pleased.

It went really well. It was running when they left. They were a little bit early which was good. He was very tidy. He cleaned up when he was done. He got right to it and it worked out really good. They were very professional.

Called and the day before the actual service, came the next day and replaced 3'' sewer pipe.

Plumber (Keith) was on time, professional and accommodating. The work was finished in a timely fashion and Keith was very informative about where to obtain specific replacement drain caps.

Everything went well; they were very professional and provided good service. In addition to installing the heater they had to replace some pipes. We would certainly use Chesapeake Plumbers in the future and recommend them.

They are very quick and very honest and do the best they can. I've used them before but for this deal they could not perform the service. The line that was bad was the city line and not mine.

Ryan called to let us know he had an emergency call but would be at our house within the half hour. He worked efficiently and made the repair in a defficiet to repair pipe.

The plumber arrived in the approximate window provided. He was thorough and precise and explained to me everything he was doing prior to doing it. He also ensured that the problem was isolated and not part of a bigger problem. The work done was actually priced less than quoted over the phone. Have already recommended them to friends in need of plumbing work.

The appointment was for 10:00 am but the plumber, Keith, came at 9:40 am (which was good). He showed me the old toilet flapper that got warped over time and replaced it. However, the following day, I noticed a small leak so I made another appointment. Keith came early again and found that the flapper gasket was overlooked, which was the cause of the small leak. He rebuilt the toilet tank and charged only materials. The next day, there was water on the floor from water in the toilet tank that overflowed. Keith returned and found a couple gains of sand stuck in the fill valve diaphragm, preventing it from shutting off automatically. And there was no charge for this service! Keith was professional on all three visits, took the time to explain what he did, and answered other plumbing questions. I recommend Chesapeake Plumbing and will use them again.

We were told the plumber would arrive between 8 and 10, and at 7:$0 Keith called to say he'd be there in 20 minutes; I appreciated the call. We had water leaking from our bathroom into our garage. Keith spent a good amount of time trying to diagnose the issue. It was as simple as bad caulking, so it kind of stinks to pay so much for caulking, but we wouldn't have known without the diagnosis, so it's certainly not Chesapeake Plumbing's fault. I appreciated their thoroughness. While Keith was testing various possible leak points, he fixed 2 pop ups on our bathroom faucets. He unfortunately couldn't fix their slow leaks because he was unsure of the type of faucet it was to get the right part, but he did take a picture of the part to see if anyone back at the office could recognize it against what's in their stock room. Hopefully that works out. Overall, this was my 2nd time using Chesapeake Plumbing, and it was nice to be able to call them directly and know they'd do a good job without having to search for other plumbers.

The Flushmate installed in one of the toilets, at the yoga studio I work for, failed. At the time, the only thing I knew was that the toilet was continuously running and making an awful gurgling noise. A plumber was sent out by Chesapeake Plumbing the same day to diagnose the issue and provide me with multiple options for replacement, to include him personally pulling all the information for me to be able to exchange the damaged piece under the factory warrantee. When the new piece arrived, they again sent a plumber out the same day to do the installation, and he even went above and beyond and tightened down the loose bolts on the toilet. Every employee that I spoke to from Chesapeake Plumbing, both in person and on the phone, was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They are now saved on my list of contacts, should I ever need a plumber again.

We had a very slow kitchen sink drain. The plumber from Chesapeake worked extremely hard to snake the drain and remove the clog, which was past the foundation of the house. He was relentless, finally cleared the drain and took care to be as neat as possible. Extremely pleased with the work and would use them again.

This is my second time using Chesapeake Plumbing. They are reliable, punctual, and courteous. Very happy with their prices. Excellent, excellent service! They will always be my go-to plumbing company.

All went well. Called mid-morning and was given the 2 - 4 PM window that afternoon. They arrived just after 2 PM and were finished by 3 PM. Keith and Joe were both very professional and personable. When I made the appointment I had only planned on having the garbage disposal issue addressed, but later remembered about the toilet that kept running. When I asked them to look at that also, they were very accommodating.

I called and received service the very next day. Ryan was on time, courteous and professional. My drain was so clogged that the sewage was coming up in the pipes and he ran the "snake" many times to clear the drain. He checked outside to make sure that the water was flowing from my pipes out to the main drain. After such an arduous task, he cleaned up and removed all of his tools. Very satisfying experience.

Service was friendly and quick, but ultimately disappointing. I knew the issue with my hot water heater - the element had burned out and I also knew the repair should take about an hour, so I purchased the coupon on Angie's list for one hour of service. Sure enough, it was the element and as we came up on the hour, the individual claimed when element was a "non-standard" (the heater was Kenmore - seems pretty standard to me) and that he'd have to come back tomorrow with the part and repertory the draining, etc which would take another hour. He returned the following day with the part, spent another hour performing the same service he had the day before and billed another hour at the full hourly rate. Bottom line - I paid double because they didn't show up with the right part the first time. Friendly folks, but disappointing service.

I was very pleased. Keith, the plumber, was very polite and professional. Also on time, he respected my home and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I would definitely use them again in the future.
