On time, very nice guy, answered questions.

Very quickly, Mr. Keith Turner arrived on time - estimated it would take up to 1/2 hour but he was finished in less than 10 minutes. (Illegible) indicated "Tested PUB - test passed."

After living my whole life in houses, I am now living in a very comfortable condo complex that was converted from an apartment complex. After 2 yrs. here, my shower and tub faucets started leaking badly. The problem: an old outdated fixture with a bad diverter. I was told by one plumbing company that the ?bigger? problem is: There are no standard parts between brands. And, although the style of my existing fixture is still being sold, the part?s size was changed and is now too big to fit the old fixture. And, since there is no direct access to the pipes, an access panel would have to be cut through my bedroom wall in order to install a new fixture ?? A mountain of problems!! This is where a company with a depth of knowledge and professionalism like Chesapeake Plumbing Inc.can make a ?mole hill out of a mountain? My Chesapeake plumber, Keith, knew how to identify the outdated part and where to find it when he couldn't find it locally. It was ordered, installed and works like new. He was prompt, personable, professional, did an excellent job and paid attention to details - like adjusting the water temperature to my liking before he sealed in the fixture. On top of that, I learned from both John (another Chesapeake plumber), and Keith a lot about how the water pipes were laid out in old apartment complexes, and just where the water turnoffs are for my building, and they both answered every question I had and then some.. Everyone at Chesapeake Plumbing has a professional attitude toward their job, including the office personnel, Amanda and Jen, who were also very personable and accommodating. Depth of Knowledge, both old and new, is acquired by those who have a professional attitude toward their job and many years of experience. Kudos to you all at Chesapeake Plumbing Inc! Fixed the water leak coming from the ceiling of the house. Replaced wax rings in both toilets. John, the plumber, did a fantastic job.

we smelled gas in our basement and BGE determined that our gas regulator was leaking. they recommended that we get a licensed plumber to replace it and shut off our gas in the interim. we called around 10 plumbers listed on angieslist, and chesapeake was one of the few companies to sympathize with our situation. they were able to come the next day. the plumber was courteous, on-time, and efficient.

They were great. We have them coming back to address another issue with a leaky toilet. Very courteous, knowledgeable and were not only on time, but actually came early.

It went very well. Ryan and Kyle explained what they would need to do, shut off the water and hot water heater and got straight to work replacing the leaky plumbing. I don't think it took an hour. Afterwards, we tested everything and found no leaks. I will call them again when I need them. I only say when because I am sure there will be other unrelated plumbing issues in this place.

It's frustrating when you pre-pay Angie's List for service and the business doesn't call you within 6 days. You have to call the business and initiate contact and schedule the service. It's happened to me twice. In this case it was costly because my sump pump was broke and we ended up getting rain and I got water in my basement. Had this plumber been more prompt I would have saved some minor mold damage, and the inconvenience that came with my allergic reaction to the mold. Their office's response was, "Oh, yeah, we have a stack of Angie's List jobs and haven't gotten to them." The plumber himself was good and he worked hard. He wasn't on his cell phone ever. Only other thing I wish is that he had noticed my sump pump cover is disgusting--it's about to disintegrate it's so rusty--and offered a new one. Potential sale for him!

The technician arrived right on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed it and confirmed that everything was operating properly before leaving the house. Service was top-notch beginning with my first call to them to schedule the appointment all the way through the completed job. I will definitely call Chesapeake next time we need service.

Job went great. Responded same day as I called, arrived at appointed time, Keith and team were professional, courteous, and capable. Completed job and tested fix. Left no mess.

John was on time and went to work immediately within 30 minutes the job was done. John was polite, informative and helpful and would not hesitate to use Chesapeake plumbing in the future.

The plumber arrived on time. He was very pleasant and explained everything as he worked. He appeared very knowledgeable and worked quickly to make the repair.

Ryan was my plumber for the day and was an incredibly nice guy. He was able to fix a toilet of mine that had been running since I moved in which apparently had a faulty part. It's so nice to not have to constantly turn off the water supply to the toilet like I did before. You can tell he is a very trustworthy guy that takes a lot of pride in his work and making sure he helps resolve your plumbing issues. My hope is that I won't need plumbing work done in the future but if I do, there is no doubt that I am going straight to them! Many thanks!

They sent Ryan, who was fantastic! He explained each task, what he was going to do, and then went to work. He was pleasant and professional - and completed the job to a high standard. He cleaned everything up, and then walked us around to verify completion. Perfect !

It went great. Contractor made two trips to my house, one to diagnose the problem same day that I called, and a 2nd trip to install new faucet on the day that I requested. Great job!

Service was performed professionally and satisfactorily. The plumber even took off his shoes when he entered the house (probably saw I was not wearing shoes). He answered all questions and provided good information. I think I have finally found my personal plumber. A problem was that I was difficult to get a plumber quickly (less than half a week) and we had had several earlier less-than-completely satisfied events (on other jobs) over the years. So I am happy to find a plumber I think I can trust and one who would be available quickly without some premium price.

I contracted with Chesapeake Plumbing to divert rain water away from our home and to repair a French drain. The work was not completed as agreed to. The work performed to divert water away from our home backed up a couple of weeks later and resulted in all rain water diverting into our basement. Also, the French drain works worse now. When reporting the issues to the owner I found him very rude. I asked for a refund and the owner of Chesapeake Plumbing refuses to acknowledge that his crew did anything wrong and attempts to place all of the blame on us, the home owners. They have an additional complaint on the BBB web site in which they also place all the blame on the home owners. I advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

The tech called prior to arrival to tell us when to expect him. He arrived on time, was very professional. During the repair work and after he cleaned up the area. He also looked at a leak in the shower and was concerned that his boots would track dirt through out the house. He took his boots off. He was extremely polite when speaking and spoken to.

Found the problem, corroded . Replaced shower arm, escutcheon and shower head, caulked. Very pleased with the work.
