Description of Work: The technician examed my roof (three story townhouse) and recauked one of the flashings. He explained I will need a new roof in one or two years. The 14 townhouses in our development were all built in 1997. Four of the townhouses haad to have their roofs replaced within the last 2 years so I believe what the technician said. Overall, I was very please with his work and quick response time.

Description of Work: We have used Charis a number of times before joining Angie's List. They replaced the roof on our home and garage and replacedour siding. When our neighbors asked about our roof, we recomended Charis and they did the roofs of 8 other homes in our community (our homes are over 25 years old). There was no complaints from our neighbors. I was glad to see them on Angie's List. We will definately continue to use Charis.
