Able Well & Pump Service

Work was fine once it got started. They always showed up late, but they did do good work.

After our Sunday home well pump failure, they were the only company to answer the phone, and schedule next day service. I stayed with the crew while they diagnosed the problem, and made repairs. They stayed as long needed to complete the new pump installation, and did so in a quality way. These guys know what they're doing!

We lost water pressure and had no water. Tom called me back immediately and arrived late evening to check out our problem. He had the tank and other equipment on his truck to complete the repair the same evening. Very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend this company.

Very friendly and informative. From the moment he called us he was professional. He actually was able to help us get the pump temporarily working again over the phone. He arrived prepared with everything needed to finish the job in one visit. It turned out that my pressure tank bladder was ruptured which in turn was causing the switch cycle of and on. The contacts in the switch unit were in pretty bad shape. New pressure tank and switch unit installed and everything is working well.

“Tom” the technician from able well we’ll & pump service can not keep up the time manage. he Wil show up on his convenience time not the customer time ,and show up 5 hours late on schedule time. Will not recommend this company tech.

We needed an emergency repair (had no water). They came within hours, diagnosed the problem, made the repair and fully tested the system before leaving. This is our second time using Able and I would highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

The service professional had informed me that he was not initially able to come; however he showed up, and insisted on payment.

Courteous, knowledgeable, stayed till the job was done. Explained how the well pump system works so I could understand. Didn’t try to sell me anything else that I didn’t need at the time of installation.

Initially the gentleman was very responsive in answering the phone. He gave a an arrival time between 2-3pm or stated "maybe even earlier" However, he did not show up until after 8 pm and did not even call my parents who are elderly. This was not acceptable. They did a temporary fix due to needing to purchase a new tank. We will more than likely use another provider for the new part which means we paid $275.00 for a temporary fix. The trip charge was $250.00

Tom from Able Well was knowledgeable and courteous.He and his partner installed new bladder tank and fixture.Although I may need a new well in the future,for now,everything, including improved water pressure is working great.Highly recommended-I should add prompt response and the fact they stayed until almost 9PM to finish the job.

Tom was excellent. He came out and did a thorough review of our well. We thought we needed a new pump, but Tom, after the assessment of the system, determined that we just needed to reset the parameters. He could have just said we needed a new pump, but didn't. I would definitely recommend Able Well and Pump Service to anyone needing well service

Tom arrived on Saturday afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the parts needed for the repair, installed them and tested the system before his departure. He explained everything to us and was professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company. Very pleased. He even called on Monday afternoon to make sure everything was still okay.

Pump went out right before Thanksgiving but was able to get it replaced and operational within a couple days and during very cold weather.
