Your team diagnosed the source of our problems and got our water running. We have a conditioner system problem, not a well problem, as it turns out.

They did an excellent job, describing the nature of the issues each step of the way and giving me options and the pros and cons of each one. Unfortunately, the issues were not able to be completely resolved because of the age of the system. They got me back up and running with tips on what to look for and how to keep the system going for as long as possible. I will Definitely use this company in the future.

Mr.Tom Youngbar came with his assistant and were prepared to do the job... I expected them around noon, but unfortunately showed up after 5pm... However, Mr.Tom Youngbar did the diagnostic and came to the conclusion that my house needed a new Well Pump, which for my budget was very expensive ($2,800)... And unfortunately, my house will need a new Pressure Tank, Switch and remove unneeded filters which will be an additional expense, and I will have to save for a few months to be able to continue this next job... Too bad they DON'T OFFER DISCOUNT FOR SENIORS! FYI: An important concern is that one of my shower-tubs and toilets are now clogged since Mr.Tom Youngbar told me to open the faucet full blast to let the water and dirt flush out, so that will need to be fixed, because I was not expecting that bad thing to happen... :(

I contacted Able Well & Pump Services and Tom the owner contacted me immediately. I was completely without water and the after we discussed my situation he and one of his workers came to my house that evening and diagnos the problem quickly. He had all of the parts and suplplies needed for the installation, Pressure tank, PVC pipe, Galvanized pressure switch and all other additional parts and components needed to complete the overall upgrade and replacement of my older equipment. they also replace my bad 20 amp breaker switch in my electrical panel. These guys did a very proffessional job and I would recommend there services to anyone based on what he explained to me at the very beginning that was what I received with high quality workman-ship.... Tom - Thanks again, for all of your dedicated work and craftman-ship you showed at my house. Kudos to you and your team!!

Showed up on a Sunday night before the snow storm, because was not sure the tank would last until after the storm. Brought everything they needed to make the repair. Very Fair price! Excellent service! Have already told 2 friends about them, and will continue to recommend them! Fantastic and Thanks!

I am very happy with the service. When I called on Sunday, they came out right away to help us with our issue. We had no water, no idea what was wrong or even where to being to fix it. They tried their best to call all the right people who might know the location of our well, which we had no records of when we bought the house. It turn out there was no records at all registered with the county and our well was buried with no markers. They came over three days in a row, trying to locate our well and to repair the pump for us as soon as possible. When they found our well, they brought it to code, replaced the old pump by going back to their shop in the same day, fix it as soon as possible, cleaned up the mess and everything. When 8pm rolled around, they had a lot more work to do and they stayed till 11pm to make sure we had water, all the holes in our yard were coved. I thought they would leave and we will have no water for another night. But they didn't leave. It really shows you how much they care about their customers. They were very honest with us, didn't cut corners, and very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my pump. They explained and answered all of our questions. After all this process, it gave me peace in mind that I could go to this company again if my well needs to be maintained or replaced in the future.

EXTREMELY prompt. Then continued work until well after sunset. At the time the yard was soaked and muddy. The weather was windy and occasionally 'slushing'. NOT good conditions to be working in. The well was replaced promptly and they stayed over to thoroughly check the system operation, I highly recomend them!

As soon as I spoke to Tom on the phone, I could tell he knew what he was talking about. In addition to be extremely knowledgeable and very nice, he was able to complete a service call in a very timely fashion (less than 24 hours on a snowy weekend). Highly recommended!

This company was very quick responding to my emergency. Like 15 minutes to get a call back. The company team came to the house the same day late in the evening to analyze the situation and my well water system was quickly repaired in 2 hours.

Communication was good during the time between the initial call from Able to the time they arrived. Their diagnostic skills for determining what was wrong with the well pump was excellent.
