Description of Work: I am very disappointed in this company. Having signed up for the "Big Deal" of 3 rooms fore $119, I then called the number on my receipt to make an appt. The man who answered was not fluent in English; in fact, answered not with a company name but "hello". I asked if this was VIP-Steemer and he said "yes". he finally grasped that I had a receipt from Angie's List and asked if I would be home that afternoon. I said "no" and he asked "How about Monday?". That was OK with me and he scheduled an appt. for 3 p.m. On Monday, after vacuuming the carpet and moving the furntiture, I waited for their arrival. By 4:30 p.m. no one had shown up and I called the number again and got voice mail. After complaining that no one was here, I hung up and called Angie's List to just cancel the whole thing. This was handled with no problem. I then called back VIP-Steemer to tell them I had cancelled. This time I got a live person (again not versed in English and answering with "hello" instead of company name). I asked if this was VIP-Steemer and he said "yes". I told him I was cancelling and he asked for my receipt number, then said that nothing was scheduled for that receipt number. I told him I was cancelling anyway and he said "That's OK" as though I was asking his permission.

Description of Work: Cleaned beige Berber carpet in 3 rooms. Was on time and quickly got to work.

Description of Work: I bought an Angies List Cupon for carpet cleaning. Contacted Contractor. He came the next day as promised and on time. Called to let me know he was on his way to my home. He did a very good job. Pre spraying and steam cleaning my wall to wall carpets, including stairs and pet stain area I have. Smelled very fresh and clean when he left. Used my outside water bid for his truck and a bucked full of hot water for prespray.

Description of Work: Carpet in 4 rooms were cleaned, as well as a hallway, stairs and a sofa.

Description of Work: I called them for my floor and carpet cleaning and showed up and performed excellent job. The difference was so amazing.
