However, we were trying to stay within a limited budget and the accessories we provided were of considerably good quality and were equal to or greater than the overall scheme of the renovation. Thank you Mrs. [member name removed] for the " A " review. Our client deserves much of the credit for the outcome of our renovation. She was very involved in the design and selection of the tile and fixtures. The patient was a large master bathroom with builder grade finishes. Barbara wanted to create a master suite with exotic fixtures. We rebuilt the shower into a custom space with a hand poured cement / tile floor, seat and recessed niche. We installed a free standing soaking tub with a custom shelf. The tile was complex with mosaic designs integrated into the main design sort of resembling an afghan rug. The bathroom is now a show piece. They can now vacation at home if they want, it's beautiful. The client was instrumental in the success of the renovation. Thanks Barbara.

Description of Work: I called, left a message... No call back. I them called again a day or so later and got Dave. He said he was sick and that's why he didn't call back, no big deal, he did sound sick. He then thanked me for my persistence in trying to get a hold of them. I explained to him my project, which I guess he thought was not big enough (replacing a corner bath unit, and 2 vanities and all the associated tile). He said they only do bathroom remodels. I said I would be interested for him to come out and take a look, and tell me what he thinks I should do and how much it would cost as I am interested in remodeling my master bath. He took my number and said he would call me back (which I knew was his way of saying take a hike). Sure enough, he never did call me back...
