Mr. Burton was very professional, very thorough, and very informative and extremely knowledgeable. He performed the required service to correct the noise problem with the garage door as well as the alignment problem. The work was done very efficiently and very much to my satisfaction. I would recommend him for any garage door service problem.

The provider did a wonderful job. On time, friendly and was very professional . One thing that I do appreicate is the he was very truthful and I new right off hand that I coud trut him. My husband and I have American Home Shield and they send some one out to look ay our garage and the white man quoated 1,269.00 and this provider only charged $400.00, boy did we are happy to saved money. The can on time and worked from 2pm - 10pm until the job was completed because I need to secure the garge. The clean up the garge and left it in tip shop shape.The went beyound the job and painted the top of the job at no extra cost. The door is very beautiful and lifmaster garage door opener is the best one I have seen.

Garage Door Tech Services was an excellent company to work with. They removed our old fence and hauled it away. A new, free-standing garage door was installed. [FYI, this is an actual garage door, not a roll up door.] The support posts were set in place in the morning, and the door was installed later that day. The electric motor is covered in a wood box attached to one of the posts. It is not placed overhead, as in a garage. What that means is that the rolling mechanism must be balanced side to side, instead of pulling from the middle. Don't ask me to explain the techy stuff. I just know that it works quietly. Once the door was installed, I shown how to properly use the door and told what routine maintenance I needed to do. The electric motor comes with the traditional remotes plus keypads--one on the alley side and one in the yard--that were keyed to my codes to open. VERY convenient. We are very pleased with the work that was done. They were very professional, neat, and even pulled the weeds from the (bricked over) yard. Note that they did not run the electrical lines for this. We are currently using an outdoor extension cord until we have an electrician install outside wiring.

The entire experience was excellent. Louis was very thorough on the phone prior to providing the estimate, came on time the day he was scheduled to provide and estimate, and performed the work the following day. He fixed a few things while providing the estimate for no cost. The fixed garage door and motor works better than it ever has. I was extremely pleased with the service Louis provided and will definitely be referring to anyone that I can. He came through for us when all other repair people were quoting prices that were 3 to 4 times as high.

Very professional and straightforward about what needs to be repaired and how much it's going to cost. I called them out to replace the motor on the garage door (it wouldn't open), and they were quick to respond. I was extremely pleased with the finish product and they provided excellent service. They also do door repair, and I have contracted them to replace two of the fire doors in my office building.

The replacement went well. We were very pleased. They were very professional, explained to us in detail the lifecycle fo garage door springs and stated to us, it's importance of keeping the tracks greased.

Fantastic work overall; came out on a Sunday. First set of springs did not have enough pull to offset the weight. After setting the preload it door did not operate completly correct. It would come up too fast. Louis was not satisfied with the newsprings and said he would return. Did not want my wife to have worry about the door slamming the back of the stops. We could use the door but he would replace the springs. When Louis came back he replaced the springs and the made sure the garage door opener worked. The plastic teeth on the lift mechanism were destroyed. Louis got the part for that and fixed it as well. Louis and his crew were more concerned on getting the job right and my wife's satisfacation than charging a bill. This was a job I would have considered to myself after watching Utube videos. Louis not only made it affordable; he also explained the mechanics of how to set the springs and keeping the maintenace up.

The service person that came to our house was very knowledgeable. They helped very well, the job was done quickly. It did cost little more than what we were quoted because we needed more then what we thought. I thought however that they did a good job.

I was tired of activity in our alley. We need something to protect our vehicle and our property. This rolling garage door fit the bill. This company was referred by another contractor so I felt good about using them. I've had my share of contractors overpromising and under-delivering. Anyway, we had a beautiful experience. He came when he said he would and he finished when he said he would. The workers were fast, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I asked them to come back to tweak my door and they did. No problem. Turns out I just need a new battery for one of my openers. Again, it was a beautiful experience. I am super pleased and would recommend Louis and his team to anyone!

I found louis by doing a google search. This was before i knew about AL. Louis was 1 of 2 that called me back out of 8 places i left a message. Louis is REALLY into garage doors. He was pleasant on the phone, answered all my questions and gave sound advice on the type of door. He was honest and up front about costs and what each of the level of doors provide. I didnt want a high end door, but i did one 1 layer of insulation. His price was fair. He arrived on time and the price was exactly what he stated it would be. He took out my old POS wooden doors and metal tracks and replaced them with fantastic metal doors and rails. The operate very smooth and I was very happy with the work. I kept my original 1/2 horse craftsman motors due to $$ limitations. However i did ask about costs for a more quieter motor. He explained about chain vs shaft vs belt drives and pros/cons for each. I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old. EAch motor is attached to the ceiling below each kids room. After 4 months of the kids waking up when my wife or I have to leave for work..come home..etc we decided to get the belt drive motors. We called Louis and the price he stated was the exact cost. He redid the attachment bar and put in a little bit of insulation around the bolts to try and help with vibration. He said it would not be perfectly silent, but would be a big improvement. The new motors exceeded my expectations. That combined with the new doors and rails my kids no longer wake up when the doors are opened or closed. Louis has 24 hour support for any issues and he guarantees his work. Louis is a fantastic person and i would invite him over for a BBQ any time. He loves garage doors and knows anything and everything about any type of door you need installed for home or commercial use. His prices are fair. I double checked his pricing on the doors..and motors and they fall right in line with what you would expect.

I will definitely use this company when my old garage door opener needs to be replaced.

I have 4 wheel drive so had been out in the storms last winter, what I didn't realize was that my tracks had created ice and then the snow covered over the ice. That ice cause my garage door to stick and would not open. Louis came out and helped me not only "unstick" the garage door, but even helped shovel some for me. He's awesome... I would definitly use him again...
