Terminix - Owings Mills -Termite & Pest Control

I don't love them and I don't hate them. It seems like it has kept the critters at bay so that's a good thing.

We have a contract where they come out periodically to treat for spiders and things like that. They are adequate. We haven't had anybody else in a long time. We are neutral on them. They seem to be okay but there is nothing outstanding about them. We've been using them for a number of years and will continue to use them.

They are very good. I haven't had any problems. The overall experience is good.

They come out immediately when I need them. Their promptness keeps me coming back.

They come every month for service. We pay annually for it. We have been using them for about 20 years. They've been very good for us. They found termites in a wood pile once, and we got that away from the house. We also had termites in our mulch, and they took care of that too.

After having the service for close to a year, we discovered termite damage that should be covered under their guarantee. After several calls and emails to my local Terminix offiice went unanswered, I contacted the Terminix Executive services office. While they initially appeared to be helping, they keep pushing me off saying, "give us two more days". The bottom line is that after several months, Terminix still refuses to contact us or live up to their guarantee.

They are very professional and do a really good job. They have a really good warranty. Anything that happens after the warranty is 100% covered.

I originally called them about crickets in my basement. Every few months the problem would come back, and they were unable to solve it. Since they have a guarantee I would call them to re-spray and they wouldn't show up for the appointment half of the time. I finally ended up canceling them and solving the problem on my own. I almost feel like they treat it enough to solve the temporarily but not enough preventative treatment so you have to keep calling them.

Approximately ten years ago they started coming out to treat for pest control. Around three years into using their services, termites ended up eating through our sub-floor of our hardwood flooring. The inspector had his manager come out and they ended up replacing the flooring right away. I thought this was really good of them and they were very professional. They have since treated the area around our house and we have not had any problems. We continue to use them annually.

We signed an annual contract and paid the full amount, but we ended up catching the mice ourselves, as their traps and methods proved ineffective.

I've used them for the last 22 years. I am satisfied with their work.

It went fine. I have no issues with them.

I have never seen them. They do a good job. They do not always knock down the wasp nest though.

They do an excellent job. I have been using the same expert for 4 years.

We have one of their yearly contracts where they come out and fix the bugs every few months. They check for termites outside as well. We haven’t seen any bugs or termites.

They provided a good service but I didn't see the value for the money spent.

Price wise I have not compared them to others. I will not recommend them to others.

I have a contract with them. I pay them quarterly and whenever they visit in between is free with the contract. If I need them to come inside on those visits, they will and if I need them to come inside between scheduled quarterly visits, they'll come inside to spray and that's what they were here yesterday for. I use them because they have an annual plan and they come out quarterly whether I remember to set it up or not, they do it automatically. They are really inexpensive. I've not really compared their price against anybody else but I find it to be reasonable. The quality of work is good.
