Terminix - Owings Mills -Termite & Pest Control

Terminix comes to my home approximately every 3 months. They spray mostly outside, but they do inside if it is called for. They call me and arrange a convenient time for them to come. We normally get the same technician, the last visit was by a new technician.

The workers are both punctual and professional. Also, the reliability in their work is one of the reasons I keep using them. There have been no pest problems since we started using their services. I will continue to use their services in the future.

I thought that they were a very good company. They have very fine work and I think that their start up cost is a little bit high. But after I had signed up, now their yearly costs are 1/2 the cost of the first price.

I have a contract with Terminix and they come once a year. They are reliable. They watch for termite activity and will take care of it if they see that there are termites. They are professional in what they do and know what to look for.

Terminix did something for us I could hardly believe. Our contractor had found a termite and we couldn't wait for them to get here so another company treated our place for the termites. Terminix was so decent since we had a contract with them that they paid this other company our bill which was $2500. They are professional and very responsive. They also do a good job on getting rid of bees. I pay them annually.

I am happy with the work they do. The only thing I was not happy with was the responsiveness when I called to get the warranty inspection done. I didn't think it was very professional that they didn't get back to me in a timely manner. I will probably continue to use their service, but I might keep my ears open for other companies.

I have renewed my contract with them for 4 years now. After the first year if you re-new they give you a 10% discount. They do a good job, I do not have an ant problem. They are consistent in their visits.

It went fairly well. The job took no more than 1/2 hour to complete. They were courteous and professional. You really can't ask for much more than that.

Rep comes to my house every 3 months for ant control (and more frequently if necessary). In past years I would need them several times and finally sprayed myself, but this year they are using a different product which seems to be working. Same person comes each time and is very polite. Only complaint is that they don't always call to tell you that they are coming. If you aren't home, they will only get your permiter done and not the inside of house.

The technicians are very pleasant and courteous, but it was very difficult to reach anyone at the local office. I would get an automated phone call telling me when my next service was scheduled, but since I had to be home to let them in, I always had to phone back to make alternate arrangements. I would dial the local number and reach a call center someplace else. I requested that the technician come out first thing in the morning or on Saturdays, but he would always show up in the middle of the day when I was at work. For my last quarterly visit, it took 6 phone calls and 2 official complaints before anyone called me back from the local office. The manager didn't seem especially concerned that I was an unsatisfied customer, so I terminated the contract once my obligation had been fulfilled. I still have an ant problem by the way.

I had two contracts, one for termites and one for the whole inside of the house. The first 2 visits were fine, but not the third. They didn't show up, call, or anything. When I got in touch with them they said I only had an outside contract. The gentleman I was working with was good, but he is no longer with them. The original contract was for a year, and I have one more appointment. They are trying to sell me on a new contract when they haven't even satisfied my last contract. Whenever I ask to speak to a supervisor, they say he is not there.

More companies should operate in the matter this company did. The sales representative was very profession and kept our initial appointment on time. When I called back to ask a question he was on the phone within a reasonable time frame. The technicians that did the work were also very professional. I could not have deal with a better company. I got four estimate, Terminix was the lowest in price but they were the best in inspecting, treating and with the follow up after the work was completed.

I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I THOUGHT THAT THEIR BILLING WAS TOO HIGH FOR THE WORK DONE AND TIME SPENT. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DO THE JOB BECAUSE OUTSIDE WAS THE ANT'S HABITAT.

WE SIGNED UP FOR A TWO YEAR CONTRACT FOR 300 DOLLARS. WITH THIS CONTRACT YOU GET FOUR UNSCHEDULED VISITS PLUS ANY OTHER TIME YOU NEED THEM TO COME. THEY GET THEIR JOB DONE QUITE RAPIDLY

IT IS A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY SAW WHERE THE PROBLEMS WERE AND SPRAYED THERE. IT IS A FLAT RATE EVERY TIME AND THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. THEY GET THE WORK DONE PRETTY QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY WERE AT TIMES VERY UNRESPONSIVE. THEY FINALLY REPAIRED THE DAMAGE DONE AFTER A BIG FIGHT AND A LOT OF TROUBLE. NOW I AM STUCK WITH THEM BECAUSE WE STILL HAVE THEIR SYSTEM. THEY DON'T CHECK THE STATIONS. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE I THINK THAT THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT ARE BETTER, OR AT LEAST I HOPE SO. THEY WERE ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE AT 11 ON THE FIRST THURSDAY OF THE MONTH AND NOW THEY JUST COME WHENEVER.

I RECEIVED A FLYER IN THE MAIL FROM THIS COMPANY. I CALLED THEM AND THEY RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY. WHEN THEY SPRAYED THEY WERE NEAT AND COURTEOUS. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS IN THAT AREA SINCE THE TREATMENT.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALMOST ANYONE. THEY DID STAY WITHIN THE AGREED TIME FRAME. IT WAS A FLAT RATE AND I FEEL THAT THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY AND WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THE COMPANY IS GREAT. I AM SIGNED UP FOR A ONE YEAR CONTRACT. EVERY THREE MONTHS THEY COME OVER AND GET THE JOB DONE. I RARELY SEE THEM. THEY WILL COME OVER IMMEDIATELY.

REGULAR TIMELY VISITS WITH A CALL THE DAY BEFORE COMING TO SPRAY - SO FAR SO GOOD - AND NO ISSUES WITH ANTS IN THE PAST 2 YEARS EITHER. SPIDER PROBLEM HAS SOMEWHAT LESSENED.

I THINK THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO COME OUT QUARTERLY. IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS THEY MAKE SURE THAT IT IS SOLVED AND BACK UP THEIR WORK.

WE FELT THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY TO USE. THEY COME OUT ON TIME AND SPRAY. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY TREATED US AS CUSTOMERS. THEY KEEP THE INSECTS OUT.

I WAS REALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE VERY POOR. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THEM FOR SOME ISSUES THAT WERE CONCERNING ME, AND I NOT RECEIVED ANY CALLS BACK.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY KEEP THE INSECTS OUT, AND THE SPACE CLEAN. PROFESSIONAL JOB THEY PERFORM ON THE SPRAYING AND INSPECTION. THEY COME OUT WHEN IT IS NECESSARY.
