I used them because they were recommended to me by my neighbor who had used them. They were very good. I had to use them because one day a huge branch fell off my tree onto the street and there was a gentleman walking by. I called them and they had planned to come out within the next couple of days. I told them it had to be done and that I didn't want another branch falling down on somebody. They couldn't come because it had started to rain. It was still raining when they were finally able to do it. It was hard for them to take the trunk away because the ground was so wet and they didn't want to tear off the grass. They re-seated the grass and took care of that for me, which was part of the service. They did a good job. They asked if I wanted the stump ground. I couldn't afford to have an additional charge to do that, so I asked them to just leave it. It's been a while since I used them.

They are very prompt. They have done work for me several times. They always come promptly and do a good job on the tree. They are easy to deal with.

Apparently $2,000 is not a big enough job for these guys to make it a priority. Once I received an estimate and confirmed my desire to have the work done, they neglected to call back. I was busy and didn't pursue, but they finally called back 4 months later! We confirmed the work request and then they proceeded to have 4 reschedules due to a combination of other bigger, unfinished, jobs or weather delays. I have seen them do work elsewhere and they do an excellent, really top notch job with good machinery, good workmanship, efficiency, and tidy cleanup. If your job is a costly one, then it might get more attention and these guys might be great for you.

Their clean up was very good. They were delayed because of the weather. They were very responsive whenever I called the office, they would call me back. The quality of work was very good and I was happy with the.

They took a long time to send a report. By the time I received it I chose someone else.

They were outrageously expensive. If we had to use them we would have paid them close to a $1000. We’ve used them before. When they gave us the estimate, I looked back and compared it to the time when I’d used them before, and they were expensive. When I questioned Randy why they were so expensive, he just said that they had to fine and cut the tree limbs. They were professional and prompt. They did a good job. The quality of their work was good but the price was just outrageous. I would not use their services again in the future.

A very good experience overall. Randy was very responsive to my numerous questions throughout the whole process. They completed the job in just 2 days, it looks great and I have since received many compliments on the appearance of the new trees and the mulching they did. The large area they worked in was left very neat and clean. They also layed down some grass seed and straw in the areas they had been working where the equipment damaged the grass there - maybe this is standard procedure, but I love this sort of care and attention to detail! Their price was lower than another quote I had received. I am particularly impressed that Randy indicated that he will stop by periodically in the coming months to check out the trees and see how they are doing, and keep me informed. He obviously takes pride in his work, and doesn't just take the money and run!

The service was performed very well and as expected. Randy is very easy to talk to, will work with you on timing. They clean up well after themselves.

I would recommend them for anyone needing tree service.

I called for an estimate and Randy's bid was the best out of 3-4 tree specialists I contacted. In fact, his bid was less than half of some of the other people I called, which Randy later attributed to his owning the crane he used to take down the tree (other people have to rent the equipment, which is very expensive, he explained). Also, Randy was the only one who said it wouldn't be necessary to call BGE, Comcast, etc to take down the wires beforehand. The tree branches were mixed up with of a lot of wires, both ours and our neighbors. He and his crew worked very quickly and professionally. I thought it would be a very complicated job but it wasn't - when I came back to check on their progress less than an hour later, the tree was already gone. He also ground the stump and took away all of the debris except for the chips that I asked him to leave behind. Other contractors said stump grinding would be extra and quoted it as a separate job.

They were very nice people to work with. The owner and the man who gave me the estimate for the work were both quite pleasant. I liked how I could trust them to do the work without my supervision. They took all their debris with them so they didn't leave a mess. I really enjoyed working with them.

They gave me an estimate before they did the work. I asked them to give me options, which they did. Everything went well. They did what they were supposed to do. They were very nice. They returned phone calls. They cleaned up very well. It was a hot day. They came out with one supervisor and 2 helpers. They did exactly what we asked them to do. They did everything with no complaints. We have used them two times.

I got estimates from 3 different service providers the first time that I wanted a job done, and Arbormasters won the bid. They were reasonably priced, and I have stayed with them ever since. The person who came out to make an estimate was very knowledgeable. I asked him about a couple of other things, and he actually faxed me the information. They really did a nice job and cleaned up totally after their work was done.

I called this company on a Thursday morning and said I needed two trees cut before Saturday. They gave me an estimate the same day, for a fair price, and the work was done on Friday. I got a phone call before they came to do the work, that when they did the estimate they noticed some branches overhanging my roof that should be removed, so they could take care of that also for a very small additional fee, which I authorized and they did. I appreciated having that pointed out to me. The trees were cut to the ground (almost no stump left). I asked them to leave the wood for my fireplace, so they cut it into fireplace lengths and stacked it neatly for me. They cleaned up so there was no debris left, and they didn't damage any other landscaping. Great company to do business with.

Arbormasters Tree and Landscape Co. came right when they said they would. They were professional and polite. Their price was also good. I would have them come back if necessary. We were pleased with their results.

I received an estimate within a couple of days of my request which was $375 less than another estimate I had received. They also completed the job earlier than was stated when I accepted their proposal. They did a great job, were friendly, the whole crew was hard-working and happy, and they were finished within approx. 1 1/2 hours! The clean-up was also outstanding; the only visible means of knowing they had been there was that the tree was gone!

The estimator was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had another estimate and Arbormasters offered a slightly better price. There seemed to be some confusion about the signed contract and getting on their schedule. I was told that they would be out within a couple of days so they would just bring the contract with them for me to sign. Because of the weather, they did not make it out in a couple of days, but they never sent the contract for me to sign. Because they didn t have a signed contract, I wasn t getting on their schedule for the work to be done. It took a couple of weeks and a couple of phone calls but they finally made it out and did a good job. Everyone I talked to on the phone was pleasant. I was not home when the job was completed and if I didn t notice the pruned trees and missing stump, I would not have known they were there because they cleaned up very well.

However, the workers were here early, and the work was done quickly and professionally. *There was a miscellaneous clause in the contract with an estimated price; to my surprise, no extra work was needed, and they took it off my bill!! I just feel any other company would have found something to place under miscellaneous. I am very please with the work. I was also advised to contact them if I see any more erosion of dirt.
