Arbormasters Tree and Landscape

Randy Bernstein's team did a "A" rated job. Tree removal, stump grinding, and clean-up was excellent.

Randy came out promptly after our initial call and provided a quote for the requested services. The quote was more than reasonable compared to other contractors we'd contacted. The team that completed the work did an excellent job and did a great job cleaning up the site once they were finished. The only reason this is not an A review is because we had to wait more than 4 weeks after returning the signed agreement to get onto the schedule to have the job completed.

Arbormasters may be one of the best contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. They are very reasonably priced, communicate well, and do an amazing job. Last summer a 200+ year old oak tree on our property died. In addition, a second larger tree had started showing signs of decay. The second tree was particularly concerning because of it's location directly next to my house and it's limbs stretching over both my and my neighbors' homes. I contacted several tree service companies. Most of them either 1) wouldn't take the job because it was too big or 2) didn't spend any real time looking at the second tree and simply wanted to remove it. Randy from Arbormasters took his time evaluating the trees for us. He agreed with removing the first dead tree and came back to the property multiple times to evaluate the second tree as it began to bloom in this year's growing season. His careful evaluation gave us the level of comfort we needed to eventually agree to remove the tree. Arbormasters removed the first tree for us in April and the second in June. Both removals were done quickly and efficiently by a very skilled crew. Randy was on site for both jobs and kept in constant communication with us as well as our neighbors. Their crew carefully removed 5 small arborvitae to access our property with the crane and replaced them when the job was done. They did a thorough cleanup of the job site as well and left my yard spotless. Bottom line - if you need tree service you should call Arbormasters. You won't be disapointed!

The crew did an excellent job on the work and cleanup. They finished the entire job much more quickly than I had expected. Highly recommended.

Arbormasters came to prepare an estimate and ensured they understood our needs and expectations. They promptly send an estimate and proceeded with the work in a timely manner. Their work was very professional including removing all debris. We will gladly us their services again when needed.

Randy and his crew were very professional. He called to see if the could come two days early to start the job. He thought it might take two days to complete, but were done in one. Cleaned up the all small debris and clean street where their equipment was running. Also delivered the large logs to a lumber mill for me to be milled. Randy walked the property after the crew was done and had a one of his staff show up the next day to add top soil and grass seed to areas that were tore up by removing the large trees

Exceeded expectations. During free estimate, was given a wealth of information about the trees in our yard. Got realistic estimate of what needed done and what could wait. Crews were professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. They had several large trucks and at least 8 workers in my yard - when they left, I couldn't even tell where they had been. They were well organized, efficient, and respectful. Fantastic price for the work we had done. Will call them when I need more tree service done!

Crew was very good. Job well done. The owner had come out before to do the estimate and the quote was detailed. He had a tree sense, from my perspective. The owner came the day of the work to get crew situated to make sure they knew all the tasks. He returned during the day of the job to review. I was impressed with the quality of work and knowledge. The crew had a definite attention to detail.

Erin, the crew manager and Lawrence the gentleman who cliimbed the silver maple tree and Wilsom showed up for work. It was around 90 degrees and around 3pm so they must have been tired from a long day. Lawrence did a superb job with the silver maple and Erin and Wilson all did a great job with the other trees and they removed all of the mess they made. It was practicallly spotless. I was particularly impressed because the owner Randy showed up as he was concerned about the job that Lawrence had to do since there were not secure branches to lean on. Amy in the office was also a pleasure to work with. This was my second time using this company. Very happy with them.

Absolutely stellar service on short notice. We needed trees removed and trimmed back before roof work could be commenced on a recently purchased house. Randy Bernstein, one of the owners of Arbor Master, was straightforward, responsive, and professional. He also recommended qualified people in the area for other work I needed done. I called him on a Friday. He gave me a fair quote and the job was completed by early Saturday afternoon. In my experience it is increasingly rare to find service and professionalism of this caliber.

The work was done efficiently and immediately and thoroughly, without any problems or issues.

During the planning phase of the project, Randy, the owner, ensured our concerns were addressed in the plans. Aaron and crew performed the work while we were on vacation and went above and beyond our expectations. While during the project, they saw that the original plan wouldn't be sufficient, they went above to ensure the goals would be met. They took time to coordinate with the neighbors to avoid any inconvenience or disturbances. .Everything they do, works to build relationships and community. I've had Arbormasters work at my property at least three times and each time they left me knowing that if it wasn't right they would do what was right to fix it. This is a company with an owner and employees with great character that take pride in caring for their customers. We've had a great deal of rain since the project and we haven't seen any mosquitoes, we have great drainage, and our electric bill is even lower.

The owner, Randy Bernstein responded quickly to my phone call. He gave me a price, about what I expected. I signed a contract, but told him that we wanted to see the last blossoms before it was removed. He honored that. The work was done. The crew was very professional, and the cleanup was well done. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would. A large crane was required, access was via neighbor's driveway. They placed plywood to protect driveway, cleaned up meticulously afterward. Crew was professional and extremely hard-working. They literally worked from the moment they stepped out of their truck until the moment they left. These will be the first and only folks I call next time!

They're great, very nice. In general, he seems super super nice I'll be glad to use them with trees also, he was punctual in returning the call.

Taking down the 40' dead white oak required a 50 ton crane which sat in the drive way and reached over the house to safely remove parts of the tree. Plywood path laid down for the bobcat to protect the side yard. All trees were very attractively pruned. Front, back, and side yards were left in better shape than before the work began. Neighbors watching the show commented on how professionally the work was performed.

From start to finish they were fantastic! We have recommended them to several friends, and will use them again in the future.
