Description of Work: Steve and his wife serviced 4 gas fireplaces, cleaning all of them, restoring the look and functionality. They repaired one of the fireplaces that did not function properly. They were timely, thorough and very clean. They are a nice couple and really know there business. Would be happy to have them work for us in the future.

Description of Work: I left a message with Steve's answering machine, and he called back within an hour. He came the next day to put my gas log fireplace back in working order for a home inspection. I hadn't realized that my embers under the logs were gone! They were apparently cleaned away. Steve spent almost two hours repairing the gas set up, replacing the embers, and installing a remote control. He completely cleaned the whole area when he was finished. It was obvious that Steve was a professional and knew what he was doing. He was friendly and was able to explain everything to me so that I could understand. Steve would definitely be at the top of my list if I needed fireplace work again!

Description of Work: The company responded to my first email requesting rate information. But did not respond to my two follow up emails and one telephone call requesting to schedule a service call. The non-response is indicative of unprofessionalism and irresponsibililty.
