Jami is a top-notch realtor who is very competent, kind and customer-oriented. Great communication. Punctual. He was my buyer's agent in purchasing a new construction home as a first time home buyer. It took about 9 months from the date of purchase to settlement, and Jami was there in every step of the way. He is a very patient man, but is also able to drop the hammer on the party that acts against his client's interest, if need be. We ran into multiple issues during the 9-month period and Jami always acted in our best interest. When I panicked, Jami made me feel comfortable and led me in the right direction. After we had a pre-settlement walk through demonstration, he suggested postponing the settlement because the home had a few major issues, even though we all knew he would get paid upon settlement. He just proved to me in many ways that he acts in the best interest of his clients, not his or anyone else. We finally settled last week and I'm happy to have worked with Jami. If I need to sell or buy a home again, Jami will be the man again.

Jami is a very considerate and professional agent. As first time home buyers we put our full trust in him to guide us through the process. His calm demeanor was a plus during times of indecision and unproductive home searches. His background in construction was a benefit to us when learning about the level of effort and cost certain home improvements would involve during our searches. Working together to find listings to visit, we were able to find a great first home in a convenient and desirable location. The process of buying the house couldn't have been easier. Jami kept us on track and provided very useful suggestions along the way. At closing even the sellers agents commented that it was a pleasure to work with him. We would recommend Jami to anyone who is proactive and looking for an agent who isn't pushy and allows them to operate at their own pace while still keeping them on track.

The home sale went very well. Jami explained everything and kept excellent communication throughout the sale. He is low key and thorough. There was no stress and the only problem that arouse with the buyer was quickly resolved. It was very smooth and he was great to work with.

Jami is an amazing realtor who exceeded our expectations in every way. He has a construction background so he is able to quicky pick out issues and understand whether it's minor inexpensive project or a significant repair. We had a large area that we were interested in and he helped us hone in our search to find the perfect house for our family. He was always prompt, courteous and professional in all regards. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, made sure we were on schedule and was always willing to work around our jam packed day. In the end, we bought the perfect house for us and paid a great price. I would not hesitate to recommend Jami to anyone!
