Description of Work: I had contacted Chuck the Plumber about a problem I was having with a bathroom basin. They put me on the schedule right away, but before he showed up, Chuck called me and said that he thought he could diagnose my problem over the phone. He talked me through the diagnostic and I could easily fix it myself. Chuck put it best: "I just saved you a hundred bucks! Call me when you have a real problem!" You can bet I will. What a great guy.

Description of Work: The bathroom tub drain was badly clogged. Chuck arrived and was pleasant and professional. While he was a few minutes late he jumped right into investigating the issues. He cleared the drain and cleaned up any mess that was made. He checked the pipes in my utility room and insured that fawcets were turned off in the front and back for winter. While out back he even offered to change the outside light for me that had blown out. He also noticed that my water heater had never been flushed so he did that and explained about what he was doing and looking for. All was fine. He also noticed that the tub spout needed to be changed and recommended for me to pick one up and he'd install on a future visit. I would definitely utilize his services again.

Description of Work: We were having problem with sink draining in basement and pilot of gas fire place wouldn't turn on. Our call was returned same day and someone was here first thing the next morning. We have used Chuck the plumber for about the last 20 years and have always been very satisfied with service- they are extremely prompt. We have had hot water tank replaced and lots of other plumbing issues over the years - we can always depend them for very good service. Very professional and knowledgable.
