Description of Work: Installed new cable box outlet and mounted TV on my wall. Did a great job even with the troubles they encountered while working on my house. Would use again.

Description of Work: They came and did a roof tune up for me. That is inspecting the roof, replacing shingles and sealing any vents.

Description of Work: Fichtner replaced the old cedar siding on our home with new HardiPlank, and I am very pleased with the result. The workmanship was fantastic, with all seams properly flashed and caulked. Cutouts for utility feeds and other openings were neatly cut. After work was complete, they did a thorough cleanup of the jobsite. Fichtner was also very flexible accommodating our schedule while we were caring for a sick relative, adjusting their work schedule to make things easier on us. |While they weren't the absolute lowest bid we received, Fichtner convinced me the quality of their work would be worth the slightly higher cost, and they delivered exactly as promised. I have no doubt the work they've done will last decades in service.

Description of Work: We contacted Fichtner Services after a leak developed in our kitchen as as result of all the rain we had in June. Their representative in the office was pleasant and knowledgable. She was able to schedule an appointment for a service representative to inspect the roof and give us an estimate for a new roof - or repairs - within the week. Mike Bafford, the representative, was very professional. After inspecting the roof, he let us know that we did not need a new roof at this time. Repairs would resolve the issue for us. He answered all of our questions. The work was completed within two weeks. The crew doing the repair was prompt and professional. We were very satisfied with the process from initial phone call to completion of repairs. When we do purchase a new roof, we will contact Fichtner.

Description of Work: Fichtner Services repaired our roof, and caulked 1 window and a couple of roof joints. The estimator/inspector was professional and took pictures of all the needed repairs. The price quoted was fair and reasonable. The estimated time for the work to be done was 2 weeks from the contract date, but they were actually able to do the work a week sooner. The crew showed up on time and made the repairs, quickly and professionally, and cleaned up so well afterwards that I couldn't tell they had been there. I highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: Exterior painting -- "two exterior painters for 8 hours". They did a good job and cleaned up well. Didn't paint the garage doors (which I had asked them to do)even though they finished the work early, but no big deal. It took me an hour. I would use them again. | |

Description of Work: I had removal of existing roof, gutters, trim, and siding. From the initial consult, I felt comfortable with the company; the sales person provided clear explanations for what was and was not needed to fit our budget. It was not a hard sale so we were more comfortable and able to ask questions feeling as if we were getting an honest answer. After we agreed to the contract we were called and set up with a date. The supervisors for both the roofing and siding work were great, very professional and answered questions. The crew was on time each morning, work was done quickly. The Supervisors followed up after the work was done to review the job, answer any questions as well as look for nails and other materials left on the ground. I am awaiting the final bill and for the paperwork for the warranties.

Description of Work: Fichtner installed a new roof and gutters for us. They came and removed the old roofing material, found one rotted section of plywood and replaced it. They made a separate visit to replace our rain gutters. We didn't need to be home for either visit, they were professional and quick in getting their work done with good cleanup after each job. We have also contracted for replacing our front door and doorframe, this work has not yet started.

Description of Work: We had a roof leak. He walked the roof - saw nothing then told us the leak was coming from under a soffit and that we should caulk it. Not interested in inspecting the attic. Charged us $0. We continue to have a leak every time it rains. Looking for a new roofer.

Description of Work: I used Fichtner Services Central last month for redoing a roof and gutter work down to the street.

Description of Work: Fichtner Services Central installed a new roof and two (2) replacement skylights on my home. They were on time, on budget and cleaned up the yard. They did exactly what they promised. The price was for the roof and skylights was more that $2,500 less than the three other roofing companies that I had provide estimates. The also installed the new roof and skylights in less than two weeks. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Put roof on my new home 6 years ago we had a leak causing damage to the ceiling. Took 3 calls to get a response, the response was I did not do proper maintenance. I hired another company to look at the roof and was tool and shown photos of improper installation. So much for your Angie's list award.
