It was good. I've got a contract for skylights. They're supposed to do it within the next month. The estimate was free.

They were honest and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I would recommend and use them in the future if needed.

It went well. They had lots of patience with our many questions. They were understanding about working with us to decide what color shingle to use, The work was done in the scheduled time frame. They fixed putting on leaf relief when there was a mix up from contract to work order. They came out and installed it the day of discovery. The roof makes us happy, especially on a rainy day like today.

Once again Fichtner Services did a great job on services I needed for my home! Work scheduled and completed quickly by a courteous crew who cleaned up perfectly when work was completed.

Fitchtner employee came out, met with me but never contacted me with an estimate. This is the same employee that came out a couple of years ago to give me an estimate on a roof repair. He intentionally under bid the job by saying that things that needed to be replaced could be repaired. This lead to additional damage and additional expense.

I knew I needed to get my townhouse roof replaced, since it was nearing it's lifespan and from talking with about 2 dozen neighbors who replaced their roofs within the last 2 years. I called Fichtner Services, based on a great recommendation from my friends, to schedule an appointment. Kevin West, estimator, came out on the exact time & date we confirmed; was very knowledgeable; and forwarded me a very competitive quote. I knew I was in the right hands, so I agreed to the quote. Work began several weeks later, as agreed upon, and all the work was done within 1 day. The installers were great, professional, punctual, and were very clean and made sure that my property was left as clean as possible. I would use Fichtner again for any other project (hopefully not for another roof till the middle of this century!). Thank you to everyone on the Fichtner team!

Did an excellent job- Would highly recommend. Crew arrived on time - When promised. Completed job in one day. Protected plants and shrubs next to house. Did excellent cleanup after job completed. Used a contract crew with a Fichtner employee as super. During final inspection the next day the Fichtner supervisor caught one problem with flashing around top of skylights. Issue was fixed promptly. Very pleased with job. Only one small complaint. Gutter drip strip was installed per contract but gutter edge in some areas is below edge of drip strip. Could have used a wide strip to fix this issue. Would have given them an A+ if they had gone the extra step. Easily fixed on my own.

It went as well as I could ever hope. Its kind of scary to see demolition going on, on your roof, with the stuff being torn off and thrown into piles. But the shingles themselves are just beautifully laid out. We have gotten a number of complements from our neighbors. They laid it out as beautiful as could be expected. The thing I thought was also impressive was the clean up. They got with exception of very few small pieces from the old roof everything off the ground. I was also impressed with the nail cleanup They missed very few. They drug magnets around the house several times to get the nails up. From the first time they came out to look at our roof and give us quote all the way through the review of the site for the post work survey, it was great all the was around. They are knowledgeable, efficient and I don't anybody could do a better job. We have recommended them to our neighbors.

Fichtner screw was timely, efficient and professional. They did a good job of clean-up when finished.

It was frightening to think about replacing our roof. Scott Geesey from Fichtner Services, made the final decision much easier. He spent time explaining the process and the cost. We were a little concern with the job starting on December 22. However, everything was completed in 1 day to our complete satisfaction. Jan Schmidt, the on site supervisor kept us updated and informed. We highly recommend Fichtner Services.

Fantastic! Gave me a great, detailed estimate, was very responsive to some questions I had about the tasks included and additional work that would be beneficial. Very reasonable price. My house was build in 1956 and I was expecting much more damage to the roof planks but it was minimal and Fichtner replaced damaged portions at very reasonable price. I also have cedar siding and they knew exactly what problems I was having and how to remediate. These guys really know what they are doing and are very reasonably priced. Met the crew and supervisor on the morning of the job, chatted for a few minutes just to confirm one or two things. Supervisor kept me updated during the day as they found problems (even emailed me pictures of some of the damaged roof planks they had to replace.) At the end of the day, I got home and they were just finishing up. Completely cleaned up the job site. Nothing left behind and my roof and siding look great! I'm completely confident I'll have no roof or siding problems for the rest of my life. Highly, highly recommend these guys! Real pros, know their stuff and very reasonable price. You definitely get your money's worth.

Our experience with Fichtner Service was excellent. We were informed by several neighbors about how they have used the Fichtner Services and were so very please, that we should try them. Their sales person Scott Geesey was very knowledgeable about the roof and answer all of our questions/emails promptly. Out of the 3 roofing company quotes we received Fitchner Services gave us the best quote. It took one full day to install the new roof. The roof installers did an excellent job and were very through in cleaning up. I have receive several comments from other neighbors on how nice the roof looks and what a great job Fichtner Service did. The overall experience was excellent and we would definitely use Fichtner Service again.

Steve Finn provided an estimate for the work and was very good at explaining options to address our roof issues. On the day that the work was done, it went very smoothly. The staff were very professional and courteous. I wish I had installed a bath fan/kit in our bathroom sooner.

My entire experience with Fichtner Services was excellent. Their salesperson, Mike Bafford, was knowledgeable and responded to my questions/emails promptly. Their price was competitive with the 3 other roofing quotes I received. It took 2 days to complete the work, with the 1st day for the roof replacement and 2nd day was for the new gutters. The roof and gutter installers did an excellent job and were fairly thorough in cleaning up, but I did find a few roofing nails and spike/ferrule from my old gutters in some places. Overall my the experience was excellent.

Fichtner Services provided an estimate promptly, and scheduled the work on a day that was convenient for me. The crew arrived promptly and did an excellent job. I was concerned that the removal and replacement of aluminum siding in order to install the necessary step flashing would leave the siding dented and damaged, but in fact the job was done so well you'd never know by looking that the siding had been disturbed at all. The framing around the door looks perfect and professional. The crew corrected alignment on the gutter that had been dripping on the door and even flushed it out for me. They cleaned up the mess of shingles and rotten wood well and left everything in very good shape.

From the 15 minute on site estimate to the final inspection just after the roof was completed Fichtner was very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. I will use them again, and will refer my neighbors and friends.

The siding supervisor, Shawn, was extremely profession. He was on time, pleasant, present for nearly the entire day, and cued the workmen to tack an occasional loose item he saw elsewhere. The workmen were clean, pleasant, and cleaned up the area perfectly, with no scraps of debris left behind.

My total experience with Fichtner Services was absolutely positive. Their sales person met with me to discuss my options. If I had questions my calls and emails were answered promptly. Fichtner worked with me to schedule this project and assigned a supervisor who oversaw the project when it started through completion. As with many projects, unforeseen changes become necessary. Fichtner was extremely flexible to amend the statement of work to adapt to what was needed. Their work crew arrived promptly every day and were very professional. I am extremely pleased with the result and would recommend Fichtner Services to anyone in need of home improvements.

Fichtner did a complete replacement roof for us two years ago and were first class. We recently had a tree limb fall on the house and we needed to replace a small amount of guttering (12') and we added some gutter guard to our order. They treated us as well with our small order as they did with the full roof repair. Very professional.

They did a fantastic The lead craftsman, Francisco, was a pleasure to work with....always a smile on his face, even when things got difficult on second story windows. The level of his finish work was excellent. The manager, Nolan, also was a pleasure to work with...kept us aware of scheduling and followed up throughout the job. I could not recommend them highly enough, and plan to use them again in the future.
