My crawl space was flooding and I wasn't sure where the water was coming from. I put my problem on Home Advisor and received a call from Poseidon to come out and give me a free estimate. Jordan called on the day and asked if he could come a little earlier than planned, which worked out better for me.. He diagnosed that my downspouts needed to be rerouted to get the water away from house and that my pressure tank for my well had rusted and would need to be replaced. He gave me a reasonable estimate. Just to make sure I, as an older single women didn't get taken for a ride, I got a second estimate from another company. The diagnosis was exactly the same, but the price was much higher. I called and scheduled with Jordan for the tank replacement. He was able to schedule me the for the following Monday. Jordan called me 30 minutes before arrival and because it was a rainy, windy, messy day and I asked if he would rather do it another time. He insisted it was fine and did an amazing job! He also helped me find where I could purchase the materials for the rainspout rerouting. What a great experience with knowledgeable professionals. I have already recommended Poseidon to my relatives in the area!

The company responded almost immediately with a call for technician coming in soon. A time schedule was fixed and the technician called at least 30 minutes ahead of time to inform that he was on his way. He arrived on Friday, was friendly, outgoing, courteous, answered all my questions, and arranged for work schedule to be completed on the following Monday morning. The pricing was fair for the work to be completed.

The company responded back in timely manner, technician showed up when scheduled, gave a fast and accurate estimate and we are scheduled to have the work completed Monday morning, when the pump supplier opens.

I had Jeff from Poseidon replace an old kitchen sink and faucet with a new quartz composite sink and new faucet. Jeff did an outstanding job and the new sink looks great.

Rob was our technician - wonderful customer service and showed up on time on a last minute Friday afternoon call. A bit more expensive than I'm used to for clearing a drain, but very happy he got it done for us so can't complain. Would use them again for sure!
