Poseidon was sent by AHS warranty company to replace by broken water heater. The apprentice plumbers - Craig and Owen did a horrible job. When i called the owners- Jason and Heather to complain, they sent them back to fix all the mess but still did not complete the job as i later found out my sinks in the basement were not flowing. Owen argued with me about the clumsy job they did and was very unprofessional. When i called to let the company know my basement sinks were not flowing, no one got back to me. Jason was nice on the phone up until the job was done and payment given and I never heard from them despite phone calls and text to Jason and Heather. I will not recommend this company as I had a horrible experience.

Worked in a timely matter

Got the job done. Only issue was it took several days due to scheduling availability. Was not an emergency but a big inconvenience. Henry explained everything he did in detail. It was more than a simple clog. He showed up on time, was polite, respected my property, and was very professional. Yes, I would call them again.

High praise for Poseidon Plumbing & Home Services! Jordan from Poseidon has come twice to our condo now and has done outstanding work! He replaced two ancient toilets and updated the venting on our newly installed dryer. Jordan was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. We will definitely call Poseiden for all of our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Terrible rip-off!! They charged me $648 for 10 minutes of work to snake my clogged sewer line. I definitely would not recommend this company!! Rip off!

The technician was professional and courteous, careful with his shoes entering and exiting the house and cleaned up after the job was done. Came when he said he would and called before coming. He gave me options on fixing the problem. I knew exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I will definitely use them again when I have a need!

They were extremely professional from start to finish. The service person, Chris, was especially great. I worked with someone who used him for a big job (she interviewed multiple companies) and recommended him in particular. I love good service!

Very responsive. Residual issues with the initial installation. Servicer was extremely conscientious and worked tirelessly to get the problem resolved. Worked over 8 hours and even on his own time.

Poseiden was easy to deal with. They investigated my issue, recommended a solution, returned when I asked and installed the new equipment, which is performing as expected.
