I needed my outdoor shower/bath plumbing redirected due to a collapsed pipe. Zach diagnosed the problem and offered two options depending on what he found. He arrived on time and got the job done in a day and cleaned up well. Overall a really good experience.

Poseidon responded to my request within minutes of entering g the request. They were able to provide and appointment within 2 days for this non emergency faucet installation. They came out to provide a quote but were able to allocate time to do the installation. That was great. Zack the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They were higher than other internet only quotes but the response was well worth the price. The other companies quoted rates without seeing the job. It's not clear that they would honor the internet quote. The 4 stars is based strictly on the price. They were in the range for the job I saw on the internet. All in all a good experience.

I tried several companies and Poseidon was the only one who could do a simple toilet repair within a week. Additionally, their policy is to provide a no-cost estimate. Other companies charged for this and did not apply it to the cost if I wee to proceed. The technician arrived on time (after calling as promised to alert me), accurately diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Charge was slightly below other estimates. I will definitely use Poseidon again if needed.

Our technician, Zach Womer was outstanding in diagnosing the issues with my water heater, recommending replacements by listing the strengths and limitations of each choice, explaining the installation, confirming the availability of the replacement, estimating installation timing accurately, completing the job thoroughly and neatly, and most of all always staying in touch including after the services were provided.
