I hired them and they did a good job and got here quick, but I think their prices are too high.

Very prompt response and was able to schedule next day service. This was for a broken main pipe going into my vacation house and I needed water restored fairly quickly. The technician, Chris did a great job and showed me everything that was going on and gave me pricing before starting anything. I thought the price was reasonable considering that he not only repaired the broken pipe but performed a heat taping to hopefully prevent cracking in winter again and also insulated the space where the pipe was. I will definitely use them again.

James arrived on time for the initial consult. Was very helpful and patient answering questions and explaining the costs involved for the job I wanted done. Chris and Loudon showed up on time. They were both very knowledgeable, courteous, and did an excellent job. I would recommend Poseidon to anyone looking for assistance with a plumbing job.

A bit costly for a small project, but wanted it done ASAP and they were available to do it right away. The two tech were knowledgeable and tidy.

They were fast, efficient and when they could solve a problem easily and quickly, they didn't charge us for that. They were also very transparent regarding scheduling and pricing. They seem to be cultivating us for future work. That approach worked. I will hire them again.

The technician was able to install the tub handrails for our mom's bathroom. Very courteous. Was unable to complete the originally requested service, but was able to to this instead.

They were going through a bit of a disorganized spell when I worked with them (was in the middle of the week long frigid temps so I'm sure they had a lot of new jobs to handle) and my job got pushed back a couple times which was a little frustrating. The pricing also felt way too high ($2,500 to patch and paint a hole they had to cut in the ceiling), but to be fair they were very knowledgable, friendly, and did great work so I can't complain too much!

Kitchen sink pipes froze during severe cold spell on a Saturday So instead of asking for emergency call I simply wrapped the pipes with R19 insulation and opened the doors to let heat in and the next morning the pipes started flowing. When the plumber showed up on Monday I informed him the pipes appeared to be okay. He double checked and even looked in the crawl space to check them all was fine. Took just under an hour and when I asked about bill he informed me 'no charge'.

Emergency work done quickly and very professionally.

Chris was very knowledgeable and talked through several options. He was there to help not to rip us off, which was very refreshing. Fair cost for great help! Will call on the, for future needs.
