I was charged $243 for less than an hour's worth of work just to replace an O-Ring in my faucet that was leaking. Highway robbery. Will never use them again. Plus the guy that cane out for the repair reaked of stale alcohol. Do not use these people. They do not understand the value of money. No one except maybe the president of the United States is worth $243 an hour for work. Assholes.

Fairly expensive. Job was to replace a couple of feet of exterior door sill, an emergency repair. Initial fix left something to be desired ... ran out of weatherstripping before the job was complete and fixed that problem with an unsuitable patch. The company, however, was eager to follow up and fix the problem after it was reported. They replaced the weather stripping as soon as I could schedule it and the final job was perfect.

Honesty is the best policy.

I posted my plumbing need (non-emergency) through HA on a Sunday morning. A short time later, I received a call from Poseidon and had an appt scheduled for the next morning. The tech came, assessed the issue and fixed it all within a few hours. Solid performance all the way around.
