Came out from Salisbury MD to Ocean View, DE within an hour on a Saturday. Repair loose drain basket in sink, which is a relatively easy repair. I thought the price of $205 was a bit high, though not excessively so. They will come out to provide an estimate free of charge, a nice benefit especially for the distance traveled.

Very Honest and Fair pricing. We purchased a new house with a water softener system and had never had one before. He spent 5 minutes explaining in detail how it was supposed to work and how to maintain. We had a sulfur smell coming from our hot water, another company said the cure was a $2500 add on treatment system. Poseidon agreed with me that the sacrificial anode was causing the smell and after replacing with a different type and flushing the tank, the smell was gone. Installled a utility sink in garage and rerouted the salt tank to make space. Everything is neat and organized. We left him alone in garage for the day to work with absolutely no hesitation. Cleaned up when done and Thanked us for the business. I would confidently recommend Poseidon Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.
