After the initial deep cleaning ($300 for a 5BR, fairly tidy--except for two kids' rooms!--but not well-cleaned house), everything looked great and smelled fresh, not like chemicals. The team deep-cleaned four bathrooms, washed the inside windows and all surfaces, wiped down all baseboards by hand, got the dust and dirt out of all the nooks and crannies in all major rooms of the house, and made the sink sparkle. We were very pleased with the results and are currently scheduling regular maintenance visits.

+ -1 moreAll my communications with Sandra to set up the cleaning appointment were prompt and professional, and the team of cleaners came on time. I was impressed with how deep of a clean they did-- for example, they took the time to go on a ladder to clean my vents and ceiling fan, and dusted everything--even things that were very difficult to reach, such a hanging bird cage-- extremely thoroughly. They vacuumed under the living room rug, and vacuumed the sofa cushions-- things that other people I've had in to clean didn't bother to do. The only negative thing was that a favorite giraffe statue was broken; I'm hoping I can get it repaired.
Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal $99.00 for 6 labor hours of housecleaning, and had them focus on cleaning/disinfecting the kitchen & bathroom, and mopping, dusting, & vacuuming those rooms plus my living room and dining room. My house was in dire need of a deep cleaning thanks to shedding animals and my own procrastination to do a task I really hate doing.

+ -1 moreLet me start this review by noting that I have had housekeepers for the past 17+ years. My husband is a former director of housekeeping for a large hotel chain. He certainly knows the business and what you look for in a house cleaner, house keeper. This company is exceptional! They strive VERY hard to complete the work as requested. They are timely, courteous, and just all out the kind people. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. I've had nothing but a responsive enter action with them. It was unfortunate to read the last review that was posted on the 17th. I could tell you honestly that I've had multiple interactions with Sandra and her husband, all of them have been extremely quick, and the job is been done above my satisfaction!!

+ -1 moreThere are NO words sufficient to express my total satisfaction with the result. There are places in my house (e.g. master bathtub) that have NEVER been so clean, not even when brand new. The crew was efficient but worked hard and produced an exemplary end result. I WILL hire them again and HIGHLY recommend other Angie List customers give them a try. We had some communications issues trying to get rescheduled - that is their Achilles heal. But their work is commendable and their rate is VERY, VERY reasonable.

+ -1 moreIt was done AMAZINGLY! Sandra and her husband came in and cleaned the house from top to bottom within only a few hours. They dusted EVERYTHING, did the baseboards, the fridge (costed a little extra, but WORTH IT; I mean, these guys were rock stars! We liked them so much, for the first time we decided we would keep them on to clean our house once a month. We know that means it won't always be a DEEP clean, but we won't need it either, cause we're usually pretty tidy, just as times very busy. These guys are totally worth giving a shot whether you're new to housecleaning services or just looking for a change!
Description of Work: My wife and I hired them to deep clean our house as we've been overwhelmed in our day to day life and not been able to keep up. We've only had one housecleaning service come in before and they were too expensive and not that great, so we decided to give this newer company a try.

+ -1 moreExcellent people very very thorough with their work but the deal was for twelve hours she only oh this houses are dirty it may take longer time we would charge you more she charge me one dollar per minute fifty sent per minute for the extra hours that they used and I thought that was a little too steep but I am happy and I am going to continue using them. I think they are little expensive and I think in my area a hundred and ten is too much but because like I said I think the work was done well that's why I think I will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreI called T & I to request a quote for a reoccurring cleaning. A lady who said she was the owner answer the phone. I couldn't understand much from what she was telling me didn't give me much time to let her know what i need it without occasionally interrupting me every time I attempted to speak. After, been for probably over 20 minutes on the phone and asking her weather they were license and insured I was inform that they are NOT Insured nor License but, working on getting it in the near future (doesn't help much as I needed the services now) every time I kept trying to get further information I kept been told to just come on here (Angie's List) to read the reviews for my self (rude). Bottom line I decided to go with another company who is in fact license and insured I thought from what I was told that every company on this website is License and insured but, as I see that is not accurate.

I’m very observant in how the job is done and the cleaning agents used on hardwood floors, granite and ceramic tiles, also I will not work with anyone that cleans around things i.e. pictures and reasonable furniture that should can be easily moved to ensure that dusts cannot be seen when entering a room. T I Cleaning Services were punctual met all of these requirements, we would like to include shampooing the carpets if we decide to go with them on a regular basis. Dependent upon my wife and Ms Ortiz working out the specifics of what she wants done. We will use T I Cleaning services on a regular basis. The staff was excellent and did an outstanding job. Overall I give them an A rating
Description of Work: We are in the process of evaluating a number of Home maintenance services to replace our previous vendor that went out of business. Thus far we have brought in three vendors, with the last being T I Cleaning Service. We took advantage of the two sessiont special. Prior to the first visit my wife and Ms. Ortiz sat down and went over what was included in the visits. On the first visit they cleaned the entire house including the oven and refrigerator and hardwood floors.

As mentioned above, they did an excellent job with cleaning the inside of my refrigerator and oven, dusted/vacuumed the entire house, cleaned 3 bathrooms and 3 bedroom, made the beds, dusted the ceiling fans, and vacuumed the vents.. Oh, I almost forgot... they also mopped the floors and even threw out the trash afterwards. I was impressed and would use them again. I would also recommend their service to friends.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed and happy with the cleanliness of the house when they were done. I believe it took about 2.5 hours to complete the job. The deal also includes a follow-up cleaning in about 2 weeks. (This should take a lot less time since the house won't be as dirty.) The staff was very professional and completed the jobs in an efficient manner.
Description of Work: The whole house was cleaned by a crew of three, who arrived promptly at 8:30a. They disbursed to various areas in the house (kitchen, upstairs with bedrooms, bathroom, 1st level). I had prepared for the cleaning by moving everything off the floor and surfaces that I could. Cleaning the fridge and oven were covered with this deal providing I cleared them out (which I did.) Specifically: Kitchen . Entire inside of fridge was cleaned: the bins & racks were removed & cleaned. The inside was wiped down. The door was wiped down. It was very shiny & clean when done. . Inside of oven was cleaned - all that dry, crusty stuff was removed . Top of stove was cleaned . Counter tops were cleaned . Stainless steel sink was cleaned & left shiny . Floor was mopped . Top of fridge items were moved to clean Living Room . carpeted cat trees were vacuumed . special attention was paid to the ceiling to clean the candle soot marks Bathroom . Tub, sink & toilet were cleaned . Rug was vacuumed . My towels were used to make an animal . Toilet paper was artistically folded Bedrooms . items moved from closet floor to vacuum . items moved from surfaces to dust Whole House . floors were vacuumed well . surfaces were dusted . stairs were vacuumed . pictures were dusted
