Sandra and her team were efficient, pleasant, hardworking, and thorough! No slacking here with this team! Each member focused on a particular area of the home, which included appliances, windows, and woodworking! It was a lot of work to do in a short window of time, and I was not disappointed! Awesome!

I used an Angies List offer to get 2 housecleaning sessions from T&IL cleaning service. Ms Sandra was very nice to work with. She answered my queries promptly and helped with scheduling my preferred dates. Cleaners arrived on time, were courteous and professional. Did a very thorough cleaning including moving chairs, sofa and center/side tables to get dirt behind and beneath furniture. This is something other cleaning services do not do. Even cleaned on top of curtain valances. The home has not looked this clean in a long time. Looking forward to my second cleaning session and an estimate for regular cleanings thereafter.

Excellent!! As a somewhat cynical older female, I was surprised and so very pleased with the service provided. From the minute they came through the door they began and there was no pause for answering phone calls or conversation. They cleaned everything in sight; even made my unmade bed. I will definitely have them again and again.......the best cleaners I've had!

The team is friendly and professional, and very willing to respond to direction or specific requests. They work efficiently, and our kids loved their finishing touches such as the "fancy hotel" folding of toilet paper and hand towels. We feel like we're getting great value for our money.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for 6 hours of housekeeping, $99. T&IL was easy to schedule - They are great about communicating promptly and clearly to establish a date/time. They arrived 1 hour late, but were very friendly. They did a good job on the floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. Since there were two of them, I assumed they would clean for 3 hours. They cleaned for a little less than 2 1/2 hours. If they had cleaned for another half hour they could have taken on a few more things like wiping down the front of our fridge or the kitchen trash can. In my opinion, they are good housekeepers, but not excellent housekeepers.

Sandra came out and gave us an estimate for cleaning. The first time was slightly higher (as is typical) but the bi-weekly cost was very reasonable. We left a key as everyone was at work when they arrived, so I can't speak about their punctuality, but it was wonderful to return home to a clean, great smelling house! They even removed the dead bumblebee from a half-circle window that our previous cleaners never noticed & I hadn't taken the time to bring a step ladder in to get it myself. I'm very pleased!

It didn't go at all. I am grateful to Angie's list that they refunded me the $99 but it makes me wonder what the purpose of paying ahead is if it doesn't get me at least a phone call or email to schedule. My "grade" would have to be less than C but it seems unfair to do this to them since this may be a problem with AL business model and not a reflection on this company's quality.

They were very throughout, extremely nice and professional. What they cleaned was done well, but they did not get through the 2 floors. I have had other companies clean the entire house in less time (even just as dirty).

After some mix up on the date for cleaning, T&IL went out of their way to accommodate my request and did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning the house for turnover to the new owners.
