I have used Angie's List to hire cleaning services in years past. I have hired cleaning services on my own in years past. Historically, the cleaning services have been owned by a person who was not on site and did not care about their workers who were paid a fraction of the money you, as the consumer, paid. With T&IL Cleaning, the owners come with a team and accomplish in a relatively short period of time what would otherwise take one person hours to complete. They are professional, honest, nice, punctual and reliable. I could not be more happy with their service.

The actual cleaning was ok but I had a horrible time having them get back to me to schedule an appointment. In fact, I still haven’t been able to schedule my second cleaning

Diego and the ladies arrived on time and went right to work. They were able to circum-navigate my holiday decorations, even dusting pictures hung being my 9-foot tree. They cleaned two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining, living, and breakfast rooms, and my kitchen beautifully. The ladies add extra touches that I love, such as a special fold for the toilet roll, and floral folds for all my tissue boxes---just like the 5-star rated hotels!

It went very well. They arrived on time after calling to say they were on their way. In addition to the normal cleaning, they cleaned my oven and parts of the refrigerator that I requested. They also dusted everywhere including the walls, one which was in a high staircase, and all my art work. They offered to do more like change my sheets, but I had already done that. After they left, I found I they had left little added touches like special folds on my tissue boxes and the toilet paper roll. It was like living in a nice hotel.

Three representatives of T&IL arrived promptly & got to work immediately. They reminded me of a first class orchestra. Everything was cleaned & organized. They were all polite & friendly.

This is the 2nd time they have cleaned for me. They are extremely thorough-- even getting on a ladder to do high surfaces & my ceiling fan. They are very courteous and responsive.

I found T&IL Cleaning on Angie's list so I hired them for an initial clean. I was very impressed with how well they cleaned my shower tile. I had been using another cleaning service monthly and they never cleaned it as well. I continue to use T&IL Cleaning every four weeks. I have used them for the past 4 months and they are quick to respond and accommodating.

The team arrived on time and got right to work. Mine is a small apartment but I am a poor housekeeper so there was lots to do. In addition to the usual chores, they covered places many cleaners ignore. Even after several days, I'm still delighted with results. Will use them twice a month from now on! Friendly and very efficient.

Sandra and her team were excellent. They got to work quickly, and worked efficiently. It's been hard for me to keep up with the cleaning since I've developed arthritis, and the house was in need of lots of attention. They were very professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased. The house is sparkling clean.

Excellent service! Three people for two hours. They started in the area most neglected and had time to clean the entire house. Very professional and friendly. I especially appreciated the attention they showed my dog! I've had bad experience with this in the past with other companies. Plan on using monthly in the future.

I paid for the deal and was contacted right away to schedule with about a week wait time. Scheduling was not a problem. They didn't have the day I wanted for the second visit, but a few back and forth e-mails and it worked out. Three workers came. The first visit I told them I would like them to focus on the two and 1 half bathrooms and the kitchen. The kitchen, oven, and most of the bathrooms were done well. They did not pay attention to details like cobwebs at ceiling line, cleaning behind the bathroom door, top of shower tiles or edges/corners of the floors. I would have preferred the do a more through job in the rooms I wanted done most rather than the work they did get to in the bedrooms. The second visit I asked them to clean the first floor adding the upstairs baths if they had time. Whoever vacuumed the office couch did a great job as we have a dog who sometimes gets up on it when we are not home. There were the same with the floor edges and corners, especially behind the bathroom door downstairs. The top of the office blinds were knocked off and not replaced ( left dangling), the pictures were left crooked, the sink plugs in the master bath were not replaced and it was not rinsed out throughly. Furniture was moved and not replaced. There was food still on the surface of the counter top appliance, especially the toaster oven handle and can opener. For the time involved and the house being broken up into smaller areas, I expected better quality.

They were wonderful. The team was very friendly and worked very hard. They cleaned areas my previous cleaners never touched. They did such a great job we are hiring them to come monthly.

i had three workers in my home for 2 hours. they were all professional and did a great job! they even added some special touches like making flowers and other designs out of the toilet paper rolls in the bathroom. i plan to hire them for a monthly cleaning!
