A bit skeptical, I met with Steve and he seemed so knowledgeable and was very honest about his work and his pricing. Our roof and siding turned out great and honestly, the whole experience was worth the money. Steve goes above and beyond, always answers every question quickly and is just an honest guy. Great little company and we would recommend them to anyone.

They helped expedite the process and kind of took care of everything for us since we'd never filed an insurance claim before. Was an easy process and the results are great. You can't even tell where the pieces blew off and Modern warranted the work.
Description of Work: A few pieces of siding blew off during a major thunderstorm. My insurance agent referred me to Modern and within the day, they had an inspector out to look at the damage.

+ -1 moreThey tore off the existing layer of shingles down to the plywood and replaced everything. The work was done quickly and well. They were very good to work with regarding payment (home owners insurance) since some payments were delayed due to insurance requirements. Our company rep Matt Ciccotto could not have been better. If you use this company, consider requesting Matt.
