JES installed an encapsulation in the crawlspace of my house. Cool air began to creep into the house and I called for a technician to come out and check the crawlspace. Brian Reiber came out and solved the problem. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue. He took the time to explain what he was doing and pointed out another problem that existed. Thank you Brian Reiber and JES for a great job.

The dirt under the concrete lip going into the garage was washing away. The drain was sinking into the ground and the retaining wall is coming apart. I was afraid a sink hole was forming. Brian Swan, Edwin, John R., Brian R. and Josh worked very hard repairing the drainage problem. A type of foam was shot under the concrete. They all took extra care to leave everything neat and tidy. The only thing left is find someone to fix the retaining wall.

I hired JES for a concrete foundation raise and repair of my garage in mid-September 2019. The team that was assigned to my job (Pete, Aaron, Todd, Josh Davis (JD), Chris, and Jason) had a fantastic work ethic. I hope that I didn't leave anyone out that was assigned to my job. When they started the job, it was 100 degrees outside, but they continued to work efficiently and effectively. The crew was always responsive, hard working, and polite- no lollygagging. They were really good at explaining everything that they were doing and why. I certainly appreciated how very careful they were not to tear up my landscaping. The crew left the job site neat and clean and ensured I was satisfied. My repair included needing to dig up part of the sidewalk and they did a wonderful job on the repair of the concrete. I believe this company and this particular crew provided me with the best possible service I could have received. JES provided me with a lifetime warranty on their work and if I decide to sell my house at any time, the warranty will transfer to the new owners. It meant a lot to me to upon my final inspection of their work, that I was asked if I was satisfied with their work and if there was anything that I felt needed further attention, I have no doubt they would have continued until I was satisfied. If you are thinking of hiring this company, I really think you will believe you will be pleased too.

The process was very professional from start to finish. The installers (JD, Clarence, and Jason) completed the job nicely. they were thorough and did a nicely finished job. I would recommend this group highly.

I had Collin Dozier come out to inspect my property. He was very thorough at showing me what needed to be repaired and explaining how it would be done. He put my mind at ease with the JES 25yr warranty and payment plan to make getting the work done less stressful. I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for foundation repair and waterproofing.

all contact has been professional and on time. Jared Smith was on time and very helpful in explaining the process and working up the proposal. i received several emails updating me. Kade and James Monell were on time and very professional in explaining what was taking place and definitely knew what they were doing. job went well and i was happy. they ask me several times if i had any questions or concerns. Wanted to know if i needed them to do or explain anything else. Cleaned up and i was satisfied. Great job. Thanks to all at JES.

The installation team quality of work and customer service was excellent. Antonio Riley, Foreman, Kareem Ferdanan, and Danzel Gaines worked well together, were diligent and represented JES well. The communications with the project office and management team could be improved. We think it will be good value for a good deal of money. The materials used are top rate and the thorough job represents good quality. Crawlspace encapsulation is in high demand now and I can recommend this company for a complete encapsulation job. Make sure you allow enough time and don't expect a quick start to the job once you have signed a contract. There is, apparently, a long waiting list.

This is the 5th year we've had a contract with JES. Marty - the tech who performed our annual inspection - arrived on time, was very professional, spoke most knowledgeably about the product he was inspecting, thoroughly and clearly answered all my questions about the inspection he was conducting, and had refreshing, friendly manner about him. Estimate done by Christian was very detailed and accurate. Eric did the work in a very professional manner.

Had some delays due to equipment issues, but over all the work was neat and they made every effort to take care of the property.

I would like to personally thank Brian Donald, Everardo Copado, Austin Cole, Devante Trent, Justin Sheridan, Eric, Gilbert and anyone else I may have missed who came to our house to repair our foundation issues. Everyone was so professional & so accommodating to our needs. Even though there were some unexpected & complicated issues they worked tirelessly to get everything corrected and to our satisfaction. We appreciate all the hard work & many extra hours to complete the job. All of their employees are second to none!! I would highly recommend JES Foundation Repair!!

JES is doing an encapsulation job on our crawlspace and the job performed yesterday was to spray for mold in the crawlspace prior to the installation process. Two workers arrived on time and proceeded with the work in a professional manner. Montola G. was the lead and foreman. He mixed up the anti-mold compound with assistance from Kelvin J. and sprayed all wood surfaces in the crawlspace. I checked the work the next day and his work was thorough. Both men were very pleasant and helpful. They took most of the bags I had filled with removed insulation with them when they were finished. Montola and Kelvin did a great job, represented JES as professionals and were really nice guys as well.

Brian R. introduced himself and went to work. He was very thorough and took time to answer all my questions, show me pictures and explained each task he completed. I have worked with JES for over 3 years and all of their staff have been easy to work with and very professional.

Everything was first rate from Christian's review of the work and detailed estimate to the work done by Eric.

Ask for mike,Josh ad and Aaron to do the work. They are fast knowledgeable friendly efficient. Great customer services and will do payment plans etc. I rate the company 100 percent
