Couldnt be happier with the project quality and communication from the workers on sight. The crawl space encapsulation looked very meticulously combed over and done with care and skill, the drain lines dug outside were also done with superb quality but the highlight of the project was without a doubt the workers. Reed Norvell, Charles Simmons, and Darin Harris were incredible workers that were extremely polite and transparent about the state of the job as they relayed regular updates. They were all hospitable, and great at making sure we actively understood what was going on every step of the way not to mention how pleasent and enjoyable they were to talk to. Even with a project this vital and expensive its really the quality of the people and how much you can tell they are putting in that make it a great job and these three workers were truly great, really could not ask for more.

Reed, Darin, and Charles all did outstanding work on our crawlspace and outside drains. They were super personable and kept us informed the whole way. Everything was done above and beyond. They all three deserve a raise and a big Christmas bonus. People like them keep the positive name for JES. Thanks so much Reed, Darin and Charles!!

The JES team of Antione G, Troy G, and Gerald P. did an outstanding job of making sure my nearly 100 year old basement will never flood again. They were diligent. And LOUDâ ¦ not their fault because jackhammers are loud. They answered all my questions and cleaned up their work area. Plus, and I believe this is really important, they were really nice and friendly. Work hard, do a good job, be kind. They did all that. Thank you so much!

I hired JES Foundation Repair to install some columns in my basement to correct a sag in the floor. Unfortunately, JES found a way to disappoint at almost every opportunity. They assured me this would be a simple one-day project. The project, scheduled for July 15th, quickly spiraled into a mess due to issues with two water lines that had been discussed with the engineer who came to my home. When the plumber arrived, instead of focusing on the task at hand, he thought it was appropriate to flash his concealed firearm and share his political views, including his opinions on LGBTQ+ matters. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling. After the water lines were movedâ  once by the plumber they sent and four more times by myself over a two-week periodâ  I informed JES that everything was ready. They scheduled the completion for August 9th, but that day came and went with no call and no show. When I called to ask what happened, I was told they had never put the job on the schedule. After following up, they rescheduled for the 15th, only to call me a few days later asking to come on the 14th instead. I agreed on the condition that the project be completed that day, and they assured me it would be. On the morning of the 14th, I received a text at 7:34 AM saying the crew was on the way, followed by a call from the foreman at 7:35 AM stating they couldnâ  t make it and would come tomorrow instead. I am beyond frustrated with JES Foundation Repair. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespect for my time have made this a truly unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend their services and strongly advise others to consider alternatives.

I praise the team that was here to install my triple sump pump and gutter extensions as it was no easy job. We contacted JES due to water flooding in our basement during heavy rain. Jason Gamse was on time, took the time to thoroughly inspect our basement and explain the reasons of our issue. He presented our options and was able to give us a pricing on the spot. We recommend Jason to assess any basement foundation and waterproofing project.

I had no idea what was entailed for this job, but I was amazed at what had to be done, what was done and how much was done in the small space of time. I am so, so pleased with the outcome. I am just amazed at the whole job, the quality of the job and Larry and Ron were so polite. They explained all through what had to be done, what they did, how long before I could put furniture back in place AND they cleaned up afterwards even taking all their debris with them.

This has been a roller coaster ride for us, buying a one-level home and moving from a three-level townhouse, finding things that needed immediate attention, and moving forward with necessary repairs/remediation, all in less than three months. The cracked foundation wall, and settling of the structural slab, were by far the most daunting issues we faced. JES Foundation Repair responded to our call and did a free inspection of the foundation and slab. the rep, Mike Burgess, gave us a lot of information about the problem, the recommended remediation, and the estimated cost. We accepted the proposal, waited a long time for plan approval and permit issuance, then the work was done in a total of days. From start to finish, we were impressed by the committment to the task of everyone involved, the positive attitude AND courtesy of all the workers, and especially, the cleanup and restoration of the property afterward. We are in a 55+ community with an active HOA and property management, so cleanup was very important. I cannot praise the various teams enough for the way they went truly above and beyond to leave the area restored and attractive after the work was all done.. We strongly recommend JES Foundation Repair, if you care about work being done right the first time.

Antoine and Joel were fantastic. They communicated throughout the project, answered all our questions, completed the job early. They were a pleasure to work with!

I used this company last year for foundation repair and basement waterproofing which also involves adding/changing my discharge line outside for the sump pump drainage. I then used them again last week to deepen my sump pump pit, put in a new sump pump, and extend my discharge line, as when they put it in last year, it was causing lots of mud because of the way my yard sits. There was a discrepancy with the work that was done last year and this years installers had the courtesy of being honest with me and telling me they did not complete the job 100% correctly. I was/am SO grateful that he was honest in sharing this with me. After reaching out to the supervisor, the issue was resolved and a heavy discount was given for the job not being completed 100% correctly. I would 100% use this company again and had EXCELLENT customer service! My Forman this year was Nick Peters and coforman was Keon Smith. The supervisor I spoke with was named Bryce. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. A specific huge shout out to Nick as well because I was not home during the install and he called multiple times to keep me apprised of the progress.

Jes Basements performed my initial waterproofing and were quick on the draw when I had some issues meaning they sent someone within a week. Andrew Sean Wheeler was the tech. who performed the work for me today. not only was he altruistic, (showing concern), he took the time to explain and answer my questions. I learned and I grew. I felt trust, trust in him and what he was saying. Trust in Jes Basements. I also found out I can request him always. and that is my plan. Jes Basements - Andre Sean Wheeler, he's the guy! Forman David Hill along with team members John Prillaman, and Joseph McKamey arrived at my home On time and date appointed. They went to work and cleaned the crawl space and prepared it for installation of vapor barrier, insulation and dehumidifier. They worked as a team and completed the job in the time allotted. During the process they answered all of my questions and alleviated any concerns I had. All with good humor. True professionals. Thanks JES for a trouble free install and a super clean work site.
