The product worked exactly as advertised. The installers, Bryan and Darrin, were extremely professional and did a great job, with amazing attention to detail. They cleaned as they went, and left my barn looking great after finishing. Highly recommend!

On March 20th, 2020 Bryan Rutherford and Darrin Keller came to my house to raise the garage floor slab that had sunken ~4in which resulted in the laundry room support pillar pulling away from the laundry room floor. Bryan and Darrin were prompt and got right to work upon arrival. Bryan kept me informed of the process the entire time and pointed out when and where binding was occurring and what he was doing to alleviate the issue. Even though the floor was not able to be brought back to its original level, the floor was raised enough to once again provide support for the laundry room floor. Both Bryan and Darrin were very professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend JES Foundation Repair.

Project: Encapsulate and moisture proof crawl space. Chris Colombe (Foreman) and his crew did a outstanding job. Their professionalism and knowledge of the job requirements was commendable.

We were extremely happy with the services provided by JES--who have now taken away our worries of a wet basement every time it rains. On 3/11/2010 Jordan Cook, service technician provided maintenance care to the waterproofing system we had installed in our basement by Tarheel Basement Systems. Jordan Cook was outstanding, & very thorough in the service he provided. I was very impressed how he conducted himself with so much professionalism, hope to see him again next year!

We were experiencing a water leak in the wall of our basement. We called JES and we met with Howard Glancy who inspected our basement and gave us three options. After electing to go with JES Rayford Barefoot and his team completed the work. They are professional and did excellent work. We give JES a 5 Star rating and will recommend them.

Andrew Minnix was the field inspector and he did a great job explaining what we needed for our flooding basement. He took time explaining and was able to answer our questions appropriately. He was very professional.

Ser. Tech. Joe Campbell carried out the annual inspection on the JES encapsulated crawl space and dehumidifier. He cleaned the filter of the dehumidifier, reviewed the device error codes, access to same, resetting the device, and what information is helpful if a service call is required. Throughout the process he was polite, professional, and through, and ensured any questions and concerns were addressed.

The entire project from the field inspector Alex Oakley to the crew Vince Gardner and Chris Washington were fantastic. Could not be happier and would give more stars if I could.

I would have better off hiring pizza hut to do this job. They have botched every aspect of my project except selling me on it. I had a pool of water in my back yard. The estimator said 2-3 months, it took them 6. When they came out I was told they "messed up the drawing"; and had to come back another month later. The plan was to install a bigger sump and pump,they installed the EXACT same size pump and pit I already had. I complained up the management tree so they told me they'd give me 10% off, every time they called they wanted to charge me the same amount with no discount. I continued to ask, and they would say theyd find out, only to call back a month later and do it again. Finally, after almost a year of thinking I was done with them they call and say they messed up the permits and need to come back out. Asking me to take another day off for them to come out. The lack of communication and lack of accountability is mind boggling. Ive never written reviews, I usually just accept it. But this company is some trash. I hope you read this whole thing before hiring them.
