Some difficulty in communication with not having calls returned. However the crew that did the work was very professional and experienced in their jobs. The crew was led by Michael Kuffour (Adonis) and consisted of Troy Griffin, John Wacuguru and Derrick Trask. Each of them were respectful in their interactions with me. Adonis kept me advised of each step in the process and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and gave me full confidence that it was being dine correctly.

Foreman David Gaskins was very polite and professional. He knew exactly what my problem and took care of it right away. My dehumidifier is working and I am satisfied with the work.

Outside of some permit and initial schedule delays we were satisfied with hiring JES to work on our house. The inspector was thorough and knowledgeable. The workers Rudy Gonzalez, Francisco Portillo and Alhassan were extremely nice, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had about the work they performed. At my request they took particular care to prevent damage to our paver patio and garden wall despite the extensive digging work required.

To start out I notified JES and a second local company. JES came out that week with a full quote, plus lots of pics from the crawl space. The quote was very reasonable for all the work they would perform. The local company didn't come out until the third week, the were professional not many pics, the inspector had to get back to me. After one week I got a call from the local company and was told that the job was not big enough and that they couldn't help me. Soo JES got my work. Everything went as scheduled, Michael called to tell me they were on the way, everything was explained in detail. Michael, Darnell and Jaquavius did a great job. They were very polite and professional. I haven't seen a lot of this lately. I got a call from Josh, the foreman over the crews (I'm guessing). Just checking to see if I had any questions or concerns. Received lots of finished pics of all the new work. Met with Michael and Josh when Everything was done. I can't say enough, If you got work that needs done on your foundation, crawl space etc. Don't waste time with the other guys, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again guys. Job well done.

The guys who did the work - Tyrone W., Dante D., and Abdul W. - did a great job. I understand when they receive a 5 star review from customers, the company gives them a cash bonus, but I was disappointed to learn how small that bonus is. Without the installation crew the company would not succeed and the crew deserves to be rewarded for their very hard work.

Howard came to out home the day after we reached out to JES for an appointment. He was extremely thorough, explaining every step of the process and educating us on the issues our home is facing. We were impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness and how professional he was. I will say, the appointment took far longer than we had expected; Howard arrived at 6 pm and didn't leave until 10 pm. I wish someone might have given us a heads up that appointments can be lengthy; we would have planned accordingly. No one wants to dump a bunch of money into their foundation (in our case the house is over 100 years old), but we are confident JES is the right team for the job. In fact, the next morning, my neighbor mentioned he saw the JES vehicle in our driveway and told us he had also used JES to deal with his foundation issues and had an excellent experience. We're not thrilled that the wait time to get the ball rolling on the job is 3-4 months, but that's probably how it is with every company. We were swayed by Howard's knowledge and thoroughness, the company's reputation, and the guarantee. Though we haven't actually had the JES team work at our home yet, so far the process has been impressive.

Our house had a partially missing footer because the company who installed our deck removed the footer to install a footer for the deck but failed to repair the footer for the house. There was a crack in the foundation wall as well. The repair included repairing the footer and placing piers to support the footer. And jacking the wall in order to close the crack. Santos Cruz and Anthony Frock did an excellent job explaining the process and executing the repair. Both were professional and courteous.

Very professional company. Excellent experience from sales to service. After meeting with Jeff Tyree, their Certified Field Inspector, I did not consider looking for other bids to resolve my basement issue. Once a decision on corrective action was taken to fix our basement issues the crew of Rod - Forman, Co-foreman Aaron, and Installer, Keenan were very professional during the installation. They included me in all the final inspections and any adjustments needed to satisfy the aesthetics of the completed work. It probably cost me a little more up front, but the amount paid was worth the value of the completed job and lifetime warranty. When I mentioned JES to my friends they were aware of this company. In fact a friend commented that they used this company for a basement repair when they lived in Marietta, OH.
