The crew and foreman, Mr. Gonzalez, Victor and Raymond were friendly, efficient and polite. As hot and humid as it was outside, they answered any of our questions with out hesitation. After digging around the foundation they cleaned up and left the work site to our satification.

The installer (Derrick Schmidt) was on time, very nice. Explain how the dehumidifier would work. Did a good job doing the installation. Clean up and removed old unit. Would recommend this employee and Company.

The crew from JES was professional, considerate of our business and very qualified to install a sump pump and waterproof our kitchen and storage room. They were on time and stayed until it was done. I am very pleased with the work.

Howard was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and generally professional in approach, demeanor and process. The inspection and discussion took about 5 hours, far more than expected; however, he was thorough in reviewing the foundations, existing dewatering system, measurements and testing moisture. He then took the time to explain each step of the process and the options we had, both in terms of execution and financing. He made a painful experience -- leaking walls and leaning home -- a bit more tolerable with his personable and professional approach.

I had a high degree of comfort right from the start when I met my first JES representative. However, mine was a substantial project and along with it came an equally large amount of anxiety for me. From start to finish, I was repeatedly struck by the high level of professionalism, care, and consideration each and every JES employee displayed for me, for my home, and for my familyâ s health and safety. Chris and his team (Jacob and Mikel) did a great job. Very professional and courteous. The work are was always cleaned up. Took the time to show us the work and explain everything to us. Great experience.

Mr. Derrick Schmidt, a JES service technician, came to our house today to rectify a gutter / drainage issue. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He dealt with the immediate problem we had contacted JES about and addressed other potential issues I had not thought to raise. One repair proved particularly thorny, but Mr. Schmidt was undeterred. He tried numerous approaches until he found one that resolved the issue to his and my satisfaction. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into correcting the problem. That is excellent service and why I would give Mr. Schmidt and JES six stars if that were allowed. I am very happy with the work JES did to waterproof my basement and to resolve the drainage issues around my house. I am also very happy that JES will do what it can to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with their work. Thank you.

We had a great experience with Demetrius's team at JES installing carbon fiber straps to repair our foundation. Rayford Barefoot, Melvin Railey, Tinna Hall, and Pabai Mobgray were professional, tidy, efficient, and thorough. We would have them back into our home anytime.

The installation team was exceptional. Mihail Gadjelov, Caelan Reid and Aaron Trombley did a great job and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with waterproofing.

Three JES workmen (John Prillaman, Tiger Aquino, and Paolo Aquino) did an outstanding job installing trenches, guttering and a sump pump in my basement. Even though we had torrential rains (one day 10 inches fell!) they arrived on time, had a long commute each day, and always had a polite and pleasant attitude. I would highly recommend JES. These men should be commended for their hard work.

I am posting this on behalf of my mother. She had JES encapsulate her house back in 2009. She has limited mobility and trusted their judgement since she cannot get under the crawlspace to look at any issues. They encapsulated it and said it was all fine. The cost was $9000. Apparently, the insulation was left in during the encapsulation. (UPDATE 6/19/2020: They did say they removed the moldy insulation, I do not think they left it in, they said they removed it, so what they did after that to fix the problem, I don't know). She had no idea. Fast forward to 2015. JES goes under the house to look at the foundation and puts a jack up on the house to stabilize things. The cost was $2000. No mention of wet insulation or mold. 2017, JES goes back under to inspect and says everything looks good, but she needs a new de-humidifier. The cost was $1800. She pays that too. No mention of wet insulation or mold. This week, she has water damage to the house due to a different mishap and the restoration company goes under the house the next day to look. (UPDATE 6/19/2020: They did not show me pictures, they came out from under the house and they did not say anything about the mold, they said there was a lot of insulation and asked me why it had not been removed when they did the encapsulation, I had no idea, they then explained to me what normally happens when a house is encapsulated: another material, other than insulation, is put in). Obviously, she is upset that on top of the latest issue at her house, somebody did not do the work that needed to be done and told her it was fine for years. She has to explain to the insurance company why insulation is under the house when she had no clue and thought it was handled. JES representatives told her on the phone that she never paid for the removal and it would not be remedied. They will not be doing anything. Her response was that if someone had told her in the first place, of course she would have had it removed. She is so frustrated that she was in tears a couple times. An older lady with limited mobility just cannot get under and look herself to see if it is done right. If you use this company, please verify that they are handling the issue completely. UPDATE 6/19/2020: I requested that the manager come out and talk to my son to explain to him what JES did, and he said that **I would have to look at my schedule and call you back with a time**. I told him that my son was coming out of state, we waited 5 days and there hasn't been a response, my son had to return home today.

Very professional all around, starting with the inspector (who showed me actual photos of the materials they would use) to the office staff (spot on with reminders), to the work crew (who were very polite, in addition to doing a great job). Would definitely recommend them to others based on my experience.

Jose Lopez, Daniel Yazzla, and Maligie Contch did an awesome job. They were punctual, professional, very respectful of our home, and the worksite was always left clean at the end of the day. We were present during some of the inspections and they all received positive ratings. We are very pleased with the result. Great work guys!

JES recently helped us repair several elements of our foundation and was remarkably thorough throughout the process, communicated on status and was clearly focused on performing the work right the first time. The team that led our project was Jose Rodriguez, Henry Ayala, and Walter Zavalata who were remarkably professional, courteous and easy to work with. Would highly recommend JES and this team in particular.

Jessie Gilleg, Sam Leap, Keinan Hambrick, Joseph Reid and Charles Bezer worked professionally and quickly for two days and got the whole job of repairing my basement. They were very easy to talk to and explained every detail of the work being done. Everything turned out great!
