Derrick Schmidt inspected the work done last year and inspected and cleaned the filter on the dehumidifier and the crawl space as well as the basement and garage. Was on time and did a thorough job.

John Collins Jason Tuttle and Tomas Beach were my contracted crew. All of their work was at or above expectations. The Foreman (Francisco) and Co-Foreman (Marlo R) were very professional and extremely careful and diligent. They took time to answer my questions and understanding of the work being done. The guys sent to our house was awesome. I couldn't ask for a better foreman he kept us posted on what was going on every step of the way. The guys with him were very knowledgeable also and very respectful. I would highly recommend these guys Joey Donahue, Melvin Riley, and James Smith. Two tears ago, we hired JES to do a total crawlspace encapsulation. After this last round of heavy rain, we had issues with the sump pump and dehumidifier. We called and spoke with Coutney at JES and scheduled a service technician to come to our home .Zach Battiste showed up and did a remarkable job of not only inspecting what was wrong but proceeded to correct the issue. He thoroughly explained what had gone wrong and FIXED the issues. He was polite and very knowledgeable..

After 20 years in my home, knowing that moisture was coming through the basement walls, I started asking how to resolve this problem. I was lead to JES Foundation repair and I am glad I hired them. Derrick Schmidt was on time, courteous, and efficient in doing my yearly check up of the basement drainage system that is installed in my 1700s house. I highly recommend this company.

It started with Jose Amaya the sales person of JES. His initial visit, explaining what is going on with the foundation and how he plans to treat it, the material he is going to apply, the price that will cost me. It showed JES is confident about their work. Then Bryan came to do the work. He explain me what he is going to do to treat the foundation crack. His knowledge and professionalism was very high. Bryan's co-foreman Matt was nice as well. Throughout their work, Bryan and Matt showed their experience and professionalism. They finished their work on time, clean up the whole area before leaving the job. Overall, they are the best.

These gentlemen were on time, explained what would happen and was able to raised our foundation basement floor more then we thought they would be able. Bryan, Tyrone, and Mike made a good team. They came, they raised, cleaned up and left. Very good job. We were very pleased.

From the time Collin Dozier came to the house to preview the job, we knew we had the right company. We were having half of the driveway replaced. He was professional, personable, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He walked us through the process to make sure we knew what was going to happen. He kept in touch with us and let us ask a number of questions. The crew was also professional, knowledgeable and very kind to all of us, especially to my 10 yr old grandson who was in awe of all the equipment. They even guided my grandchildren as to when they could leave their hand prints in the concrete. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up all of the debris. When the production supervisor, Chuck, came he met us with a smile. There was one minor problem, within minutes it was solved to everyone's satisfaction. What a great company!!! A pleasant experience. Would highly recommend you to anyone.

Today is "Day one" of our crawl space encapsulation. Lloyd Sawyer and Darnell Lewis showed up on time and promptly went to work tearing out the old, wet, and moldy insulation--in the summer heat! They did a very professional job on a very nasty and dirty task. They worked around my obstructions and got the job done quickly. The work site is clean--like they were never there! Impressive!

The presentation was great! The salesman continued to provide assurance that we were in charge and could spend as much or as little to fit our budget. Highly recommend JES to those in need of fixing a flooding problem in their basement or crawlspace.

Ten stars!!! To begin, I have never had any company willing to work so hard with a customer on scheduling (JES had to reschedule due to bad weather). Brian S. and Pabai M. came to install a dehumidifier, as well as fill cracks in my interior basement walls. Both gentlemen were very respectful, hard working, and efficient. They answered all of my questions. Once they finished their work, they cleaned everything up and made sure I was fully satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend JES of Manassas to anyone who wants a job done correctly, and by people who take pride in their work. Thank you JES!!!

The job was almost perfect, but the box drains were installed a little higher in the window wells than I would have preferred. I was happy with the way they were able to replace the grass that had been removed, especially given the weather conditions (rainy) and the fact that my soil is mostly clay. I was also pleased that they were able to complete the work without damaging any existing buried cables or my buried sprinkler system lines.

The whole job was thoroughly explained to us from the beginning. We had a lot of work to do. Our crew was excellent. Manuel Guzman was our foreman. Jeffrey, Brando, Rafael,and Adbul were the crew. Each day I was given a progress report via pictures of the crawl space. They worked hard & efficiently. The results were immediately effective. Our floors feel more solid now. The squeaks are gone. I would definitely recommend JES for foundation repair work.

The following JES Appomattox location employees are to be commended for the job they did. Dylan impressed me when he came out to examine my needs. He gave me an estimated cost and was most helpful in emailing me everything I needed to get the job underway. Everyone I spoke with in the office were polite and helpful especially Amanda and Denise. Last but not least I give credit to the installation team, DeVonte, Rashecd(sp?), Rod, and Keenan for their politeness and eagerness to answer any questions I had. They are certainly due a 5 star review.

The Salem location employees Brian Kay, John Collins, Jason Tuttle and Jacob Journell were very professional and did a great job installing the system and keeping the area clean. We were highly satisfied with their work and would give them a 5 star rating.

Derrick Schmidt with JES was very helpful in explaining how our system was working and also walked around the house to see if other issues may be in need of attention. This was a scheduled service check. Our system works better than I ever thought it would.

Montola and Johnny were on-time, cleaned up all of the insulation and also removed a few items that I had overlooked in the crawlspace.
