Anthony, Gilbert,and Luis installed 6 push piers , explained the job to a "T" and were profeesional and curtious to all of my questions. I would highly recommend them, they did an excellent job.

Our experience with JES was wonderful. We thought we had a crack in our foundation, but MJ, the JES inspector, patiently explained in detail that what we were seeing was not a foundation problem. Imagine our relief! Thanks to MJ and JES!!!

The engineer Barry did a great job of explaining what was causing my basement wall to crack and bow inward. He went through the alternatives to repairing it and gave me enough information to help me choose a solution. The repair crew of Roberto, Alan, and Jose worked efficiently and made sure that I was kept informed of their progress. They did a wonderful job, and I would recommend them 100%.

Cristofer Gonzalez, Jose Cruz and Jose Argueta did a great job. They arrived on time, were professional and did a great job with the repair.

The people that we worked with were very personable and worked hard the entire time they were here to complete the job in a timely manner. Thomas R., Joseph R., Andrew B., Aaron T., Thomas B., and Andrew R. were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them for any job. They called before arrival to make sure things were good and never left without cleaning or preparing for the next day. During the process, they would take the time to inform us of what they were doing and what the next step was. Really enjoyed working with them.

From the very beginning, the JES Representative was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions. The service men (Francisco, Abel and Kendal) arrived on time both days, called ahead before arrival, was very professional, worked very diligently until the job was complete and was very respectful. Iâ m ready for phase II.

Foundation Repair. He identified a real problem that had been going on for a long while and your team of skilled technicians fixed it in one week. Great bunch of guys who arrived each day on time and worked all day. When they were done they cleaned up, vacuumed, and dusted the basement putting everything back in its place. Very professional work. They kept me informed about what they found and what they were doing to correct the issues.

I hired JES to waterproof my basement and the treatment I received from them was excellent. Jose A. came out to look at what might be needed and explained everything to me while answering all my questions. Christal T. was very patient with us because we had to reschedule during the height of the pandemic in the DC area. We have a vulnerable person in our home, and she explained what JES was doing to keep their employees and customers safe. The crew led by Jenaro H. that included Jose E. and Deshawn S. was top level. They did a very professional job; the work was completed on time and did a great job cleaning up. I am very satisfied with JES.

Phil Krajewski visited for the annual inspection and performed an outstanding job. I would like to have him back next year for the annual inspection. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Roberto,Alan and Jose did a great job installing vapor barrier and sump pump in the crawl space. I would recommend this crew.

Emilio Sanchez, Cosme Damion and Jacob Prillaman did an excellent install. Cleaned up all construction waste and left my premises as clean as when they started -- very professional. They communicated what they were going to accomplish and did so in a timely manner. Now I will need to give the house a bit of time to settle and then the cranking on the underjoists can begin,

Bryan Rutherford and Josh Jones installed an expandable urethane foam to stabilize and lift a concrete front ctoop that had shifted over time. They completed the job efficiently, and Bryan in particular was very clear and communicative about what was being done, how it worked, and why it was important to fix it that particular way. An excellent experience that, over time, will save us money.

Besides sistering joists, they found work had been done improperly and incorrectly and leaks were still taking place. Joe Campbell was professional, on time arrival and knowledgable to help solve all the many issues. He was great. What an asset to have on the team!

My husband and I had our foundation lifted by Tyler with JES Construction. Tyler was very professional and curious and very informative. We would recommend JES to our family and friends.

Derrick Schmidt performed our crawl space and dehumidifier service and he was super polite and very knowledgeable. He tweaked a few things for maximum benefit of the space and shared detailed photos of all of his work. He taught us a few things we didn't learn upon the initial install as well. He was on time and worked quickly.

James and Kenny did a great a job of leveling our aging sidewalk. They successfully removed all the trip hazards, and we are very satisfied.

Anthony Gilbert and Luis were exceptionally courteous and productive. Anthony communicated the status of our project with us throughout the job, and their team stayed late to finish work that i thought would take another day to complete. Thanks to the crew.
