They didnt "sump pump installation" as a category for specific project. John Collins, Nathan Patterson, and Lamoche Flood did a great job in a timely fashion. They installed a sump pump in my crawlspace and encapsulated areas that had to be redone because the last company didn't do it right. They kept me informed of everything they did at the end of the day. They were punctual and did a great job of clean up....which is very important to me!

We were very pleased with JES. The foreman (Francisco), Co-foreman (Abel A), and the Installer (Jose A) were punctual, professional and ready to answer questions. They kept us informed throughout the process and made every effort to keep the yard in tact. When some of the grass was dug up during the job, they returned when the work was done to put down soil and seed. I would definitely recommend them!

Derrick Schmidt was very professional and performed the annual inspection, he also removed all equipment, cleaned it all, tested and reinstalled. Once completed repeated the test to make sure everything worked as expected. Very professional company with excellent employees...

JES was overall great. The problem was that they removed some construction debris that we explicitly said we would reuse (so leave it). After swearing up and down that they did not take it, one of the crews returned part of what was taken. The company gave is a $400 ?make good? which helped, but all the drama caused needless distress.

The 5 young men who completed the work, Calvin Coffey, Keinan Hambrick, Eric Phelps, Charles Byers and Thomas Fisher were thorough, polite, cleaned up and even worked on a Sat. to finish the job due to an unexpected glitch. I am pleased with their work. I would recommend this crew for future work.

Bryan and Austin were the service personnel who performed the work and both were courteous, professional and did an outstanding job. I needed structural foam installed under a very large walk-up stairwell from my basement that had considerable erosion beneath it. The work was explained to me before the service began and the service was performed exactly as described. The stairwell was repaired and left in a better condition than when the work started. JES was able to do the job 3 weeks ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company for foundation repair.

We worked with Bryan Rutherford and Dan Harris on foundation repair. They were polite, friendly and answered all our questions. They finished the job very satisfactorily in about an hour.

Very nice service techs, explained the project and were very polite and considerate.

Great crew, Charles, Kyle, and Gianni. Professional hard workers. Kept me informed. Major repairs under house. They maneuvered under 1950s original home and 1970s additions. I'm so pleased with the work. I was shown pictures of the repairs. JES is number one with me. The initial inspection by Ian was thorough and helpful in making decisions. Very pleased.

I had a new sump pump installed, and an egress window installed. The work was completed quickly, they gave me updates, and they left everything spotlessly clean. Jaime really went above and beyond in my expectations. He left my yard in better shape than he found it! Jaime, Luis, and Thomas did a great job, and I highly recommend them.
