Foreman Neris Gomez, & Camilo, were great at answering my questions. Installer Luis Amati& Omar Vasquez were very knowledgeable on that the tasks were. All the guys were very respectful & very hard working - no Slouches on the job. In on time - out after a hard day of work... I would hire them back in a minute.

I would not recommend this company especially the representative that I had. Took money out of my account without my knowledge. Never gave a date for service. Made excuses for everything . I was give 23,000 for the service for my foundation. Went with another company and the charge was 13,000. What do think?

Eric & Tyler were very professional , did a great job on repairing my French drain. gave me good insight on future repairs that I can do.

Austin Wells & Peter Dang were professional, informative and very hard working. Their attention to detail was fantastic! There was a wait to get the work done as there are not many companies in our area that can provide this service. The foundation is raised and we no longer have a gap that was creating moisture.

After initially consulting with Tyler Lemke about my basement issues, I decided to proceed with the repairs. He was great at explaining everything that was going on with the basement and surrounding area. There was no pressure, but practical facts presented in an understandable way. My job team included Thomas Reid, Joshua Reid, Nathan Patterson, and William Aldridge. They were very communicative and did a great job. They cleaned up everything afterwards. It was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend JES.

Bryan and Austin Rutherford, Barefoot, and Popeye were kind and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 stars for them. Jeff, the project manager, never returned any of my voice mails or phone calls over the one month period from his visit to the house to the day of the service. My questions for him instead were answered back and forth only through the front office staff to include finding out the date of service confirmation the day before. The quality of work and price, though, were amazing. I just need a callback of some sort from the company when doing business.

JES employees John Collins, Nathan Patterson, Eric Phelps, and Mihail Gadjelov did an excellent job encapsulating my crawl space. They answered questions and concerns during the process and finished the job as agreed. I would highly recommend JES and these men for your project. Thanks!

Forgot the estimators name, he was excellent and explained everything. The foreman, Brian S. was on time and very courteous and professional along with his team, John R. and Josh. Brain S. made a point of showing me what they did and the next step. I was expecting to have to clean of a mess and was happy to find everything back it's it's place.

From the estimate process (Howard), scheduling, to the install (Brian S., Garrett and John R.) the work was very professional. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and clean.

There were definite issues with some of the installers and also completing the project satisfactorily. However, my sales rep. Steven, and the supervisor Jarrett were extremely diligent in fixing the issues. Phil came to correct an issue and was very helpful. All of the ladies in the office were courteous and attentive as well.

This recommendation is not about the inspection, but about the people who were sent to fix the problems identified in the previous inspection. We had the pleasure of hosting RaSheed B and his crew. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and capable. They started when they said they would; they finished on time. It's hard to say how to rate value for money; everyone wants the best service for free. I can say it cost me less than the costs estimated by others who examined the same project. I would not hesitate to recommend RaSheed B and his crew.

The foreman, Jose Lopez, was friendly and helpful. He made sure all work was performed in a quality fashion. His co-foreman, Daniel Yacila and his installer, Walter Zaualeta worked professionally and diligently. We are very satisfied with how are foundation repair project went.

I would like to give a big Shout-Out to Logan Lemke-Calvin Coffey-Eric Phelps and Leinan Hambrick ? his first name. John Prillaman, Archer Foley, Keith Belmer and Darnell Lewis was efficient and very professional the work they did is not a question they was excellent....My problem is the price 16,428. The initial quote seem a little high and my by-line quotes only had a total price, so I don't know the price of each item of wordone...... I did talk to someone in management and his going over the contract said everything seems to be in line with price and asked me to give him other neighbors addresses and he can properly compare.

I have NEVER seen a crew work as hard as the men who came to our home January 2021. They worked in mud, rain and cold in a narrow crawl space for 2 days! I was impressed and in awe at all they did to waterproof under our house. They were professional and thorough. They were knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to hire this company again specifically this crew! Roberto Gonzalez, Foreman, Hector Gonzalez, Anthony Carey, Jose Cartagena and Lloyd Sawyer. Also, a shout out to JES in general who helped us (specially my daughter who purchased the home) deal with an unexpected MESS as a new home owner!

The most honest company that does things by the book( some people still appreciate that) we just bought a new house that has a super large basement. We had to get a few things taken care of before we moved in, needless to say someone told us we may have a small river under the house (i died) and who called this company and 3 others for a quote! This company took the time to explain cover all options even drew the outside of our home with the proper drainage and worked out a great option for us to go with! Cant wait for install day!
