We contracted with JES about 4 years ago to install a sump pump and deal with a leak around our basement window. Service and maintenance have been great. We just had Derrick in the Charlottesville office do the annual inspection and he was great. We highly recommend JES.

Foreman Anthony Griffin and his crew of Seth Newsome ,and Brian Reiber were great to work with. Explained what they were going to do. Provided pictures of the work in progress and finished work. Would recommend this company and especially this crew to anyone.

The foreman, Roberto and his crew, Alun and Jose did an excellent job installing push piers to stabilize our foundation. They did a super job of resolving an unexpected problem that was encountered with a footer under a slab portion of the foundation. These men are a valuable asset to your company.

The Forman, Chaun Amos and his crew Lloyd, S., Shakeen B. And Nelson C were great! Very professional! Informative, on time, and courteous. They did an excellent job in a timely manner.

The workers Jake Prillamar, Emilio Bencosme and Cosme Damian were excellent workers and very professional. The job was difficult working in a small crawl space. Every phase of the job was completed and we were informed each step of the way.

The team that came out from JES was great! The team (Lee Stark, Antonio W, and Kevin B) was professional, quick, respectful, neat, and so kind of to our kids, who were very intrigued about the job. They kept us updated on the work and answered all our questions well.

basement waterproofing was done expertly by the crew of Foreman Anthony Martinez, co-foreman Fausto and installer Brian Reiber. they did an amazing job in some very nasty weather(ice storm) all things considered they cleaned up before leaving. I am very pleased with the job they did!

We initially decided to go with JES Foundation Repair Manassas because their free estimate came back almost $2000 under the other estimates we received, and we are very happy we did. Bryan and Austin Rutherford foam injected the front porch and back walkup, as well as filling in some ugly cracks and overhangs with concrete to cover the foam. They were prompt, fast, polite, and I was very happy with their work. They explained everything they did clearly and answered all the questions I had. They didn't make me feel rushed, and were happy to talk at length about their work. I will definitely be recommending Bryan and Austin to my neighbors.

We had to have foundation drains installed in our garage in February 2021. The initial inspection was friendly, courteous, and not pushy or pressured. The crew (Unique Porter, Brandon Cruz and Melvin) arrived on schedule and worked through cold, icy/snowy weather to get the work done expeditiously and right. The foreman explained everything as work progressed, consulted with us when unforeseen conditions were encountered, and cleaned up after themselves throughout the process. They did an excellent job of installing the work in 3-1/2 days, working long days to get the work completed as expeditiously as possible. We were very impressed with their work ethic, the quality of work, and the overall end product. We would not hesitate to call upon JES again, and could only hope to have the same crew again for whatever might be needed.

Crawl space water proofing was done during bad weather in Feb 2021. The crew worked through rain/sleet/snow to complete the encapsulation of my crawl space in under the scheduled time frame. Roberto and his crew (Alan & Jose) provided excellent service despite the weather they encountered. Upon completion, Roberto provided a detailed explanation of what was completed and a 'how to' description for the equipment that was installed. Overall my entire experience with the JES team, from the Initial inspection, being contacted by the office personnel to update me on pending permits & work schedules all the way through to the crew headed by Roberto was positive. I would recommend JES to anyone needing foundation and/or basement work.

Jonathan and Evan were fantastic, they took care to limit the mess in the area, were great with my questions, and the work looks great.

I contracted JES to complete an **encapsulation** of my crawlspace. After two months, they have not addressed lingering issues, and will not return my contact. They did the work in December 2020, but, issues remain, such as poor craftsmanship that impact the effectiveness of their work. I have called multiple times only to be told that a manager will be getting in touch with me, but a week can go by without any word from the company. I paid thousands of dollars for this work, and it should be done correctly.

Anthony Martinez, Fausto, and Brian R. did a great job. They kept us up to date on their progress, asked us questions when needed, and finished on time. Anthony in particular was excellent about explaining what was going on and why they did certain things a certain way.

Really impressed with JES. First, Jeff Garner came out for the free inspection. Jeff wasnâ t pushy, he was honest about what my problems were. He accepted and reviewed other offers I had from other companies and helped me understand why he though JES was better. Once I decided to go with JES, Jeff helped get the price to a place me and my family could manage. Second, the team that came out to install the encapsulation I ordered. Gaston Ellis, Lloyd Sawyer and Tristan Whitehurst were the team that came out. They were great. Very professional and efficient in their work. They took the time to show me what they did. Their work was outstanding and I am very satisfied with this entire process.

My installers, Aaron, Darin and Aidan were great... super friendly, hard working and took the time to answer my questions, show me their progress and explain everything that they were doing. It was clear they take pride in their work. On-time, on-schedule.
