The foreman Lee Stark and crew Antonio W. and Kevin R. were a very professional , friendly team. They worked hard, explained details and answered my questions with patience and clarity . The work is excellent and clean. A call from Manuel C., Field Supv. , asking if they could come the afternoon before project date really was wonderful because I was nervous about this large project. I was pleased they were able to visit the evening before, I could meet them and they could do some prep work. Lee called to let me know they were enroute and expected time of arrival both days. He explained what each crew person would be doing and the noise factor involved in the drilling. They were prompt, knowledgeable and comfortable in their work zone. I am very please with my Sump pump and completed work. I would recommend JES to any one seeking professional Foundation repairs. Thank you.

JES has done multiple projects (inside and out) at our Capitol Hill home for 20 years, and we continue to go back to them due to employees like James Teixeira, the JES General Manager in the Manassas, VA, location. James is exceptional. His professionalism, and his extensive knowledge of construction and of waterproofing are impressive. James was instrumental in fixing a complicated issue at our house. Equally important to us was his personal character - his integrity, kindness, and incredible patience (again, it was a complex and time sensitive project). He is respectful towards everyone. We have dealt with dozens of contractors/vendors in the DC metro area, and James Teixeira is truly one of the best. He is thorough, very responsive, and he goes above and beyond. Construction and water issues can be extremely stressful, but when you are in James' care, his competence and commitment to customer satisfaction give you peace mind. We are most grateful for James and JES.

Bryan Rutherford and Garret R did an excellent job. They called ahead, were friendly, very knowledgeable and got the job done. They also offered other advise to solve my issue and took a genuine interest to help me. Would hire and recommend them to anyone!!!

On April 8 2021 Bryan Rutherford and Melvin R. came to my home to perform concrete leveling on my concrete aggregate pool deck and recaulk the perimeter of the pool. I was some what apprehensive because the pool deck is almost 30 yrs old and had uplifted sections for a number of yrs. They explained the process and then got to work. They did an outstanding job, leveled all the sections and recaulked in an excellent manner. They were also very personable I couldn"t be happier wth the job they performed

Service was truly outstanding! On schedule. Extremely well organized team work. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Joseph Donohue, James Smith and Matt Pierce top notch.

The process was very easy from start to finish. I met with Brett Haven - he looked at the issue with me - provided a proposal on the spot. Once the contract was signed, I was contacted within a few days and a date to perform the work was scheduled - within a week. Vince Gardner and Austin Rotherford performed the work - they were on time and very professional. I will definitely be using JES again for any other issues on the property I manage.

Project was 2 Phase with structural reinforcing of a foundation wall on my detached garage and foam injection under the slab to stabilize the earth beneath. Rudy Gonzalez, David Perdomo, and Morgan Silver handled the structural reinforcement. They were on time both days and answered all my questions. The job was finished ahead of schedule and left the job sight very clean. Vince Gardner and Austin Rutherford did the foam injection. They answered all my questions and left the job site clean. Both crews did great work and were courteous and professional.

JES was wonderful from Corey who did the estimate to Erik ( Foreman), Aleck ( Co-Foreman) and Mitchell who is the installer. They worked hard and were so polite and considerate of my yard. Many young employees do not want to work hard and these gentlemen did and they did it in a very professional manner. I am picky when it comes to my home and I would choose JES again and again.

Vince and Austin were on time and did great work leveling the front porch.

Knowledgeable contractors

Jaime Castillo, Michael Ordonez, and Alejandro Luceno worked on our basement for two days. They were very professional and did a great job of keeping me informed and answering all my questions. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating to my schedule.

Andre McDuffie came to our house to fix an existing pipe that had taken water out of our basement and drained it through our front yard. The pipe had broken into two separate pieces so that water was ending up back into the ground around the foundation of the house rather than where it was intended. Andre worked hard and ultimately successfully to find a way to replace parts of the pipe so that the system was working properly again.

The inspector Alex was so pleasant to work with. The crew, Terrence and Rodney, weâ re personable, professional and took extreme pride in their work. We have a wonderful completed project.

Lee Stark, Antonio W, and Kevin B did a great job working on our basement.They were very professional.The Project was top notch. Lee the foreman kept us informed at all the stages of the job. Victor Cruz and Jose Arieta did a very good job repairing our chimney. They even landscaped around the chimney after so it looks better than it was before. The project was very efficient and not invasive.

From the initial contact, my JES crew (Todd S., Rudy G., David P., and Mike H.) were all very knowledgeable and professional. The communications were excellent, they arrived exactly when they said they would. In the end, my sunken bay window was raised back in place without any issues!

Great service and the job was completed on time. Switched up a couple things to major the final job a better solution for our problem

Dan Crum was excellent initial contact and Vince Gardner, who performed the work was great, too! He was a great communicator, alerting us to his ETA, and was happy to talk about the process while lifting a couple of sunken concrete driveway sections. Would highly recommend!
