Rafael Garcia and Silvestre Bangura are very professional and did an excellent job.

Good experience with JES. I had work done by 2 teams. Bryan R. and Kai L. did an excellent job with repairing my foundation by injecting polyurethane foam to support where it's been undercut by water. Rafael G. and his team (Juan S. and Alejandro L.) did a great job using carbon fiber to support basement wall which was starting to buckle from excess exterior water.

my team member installer Juan Santacreu , Silvestre and Foreman Rafael Garcia showed up each day on time Juan Santacreu checked in with me saying we will be there in 1 1/2 hour well need to say they was there right on time they went over all the details to the very smallest they was so so polite they even cleaned up everything when they was finish working these guys are wonderful workers and very knowledgeable great to have at the company I would have these guys come back for any job THANK YOU RAFAEL GARCIA, JUAN SANTACREU, AND SILVESTRE For your hard work

The extremely capable JES team of Kevin, R, Antonio W, led by Lee Stark met all my expectations. They readily and confidently overcame a few obstacles our home posed. Lee answered all my questions. Their supervisor James stopped by and added much to my understanding of the JES "way". I just can't say enough good things about the entire JES experience.

THE EMPLOYEES THAT DID THE FRENCH DRAINS SYSTEM WERE EXCELLENT. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AS THEY DID THE WORK - FIISHED SYSTEM WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED. THEY PREPARED AND COVERED ALL AREAS FROM DIRT ETC. MORGAN , MIKE , AND RALPH ARE A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY.

Anderson Pusey was our field inspector and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent ample time giving us pricing and feedback on our issues as well as how he could help us with resolving them safely and quickly. I was so impressed with his inspection that I cancelled the other free quote we had scheduled for the following week and we decided to go with Jes for the work!

Excellent work by Camilo and the JES team. Nice, neat, installation they left all the outside drain pipe install work neat too. Recommend the team.

A great experience from start to finish. The work crew (foreman Erik, Co-foreman Aleck and Installer Mitchell) were all highly professional. They were on time and kept us fully informed at each step. It was real pleasure to work with all of them and the work was top notch.

I had a good experience with this company today. First, not only did they do an excellent job but the area of the basement that needed work did not take as long as I'd thought. The two technicians that performed the work " ( Thomas and Ramon ) " were very professional and knowledgeable with explaining in detail each step performed. For anyone needing basement work I recommend this company.

Andre and Malcolm did a fantastic job grading my soil after JES repaired my foundation. They expertly accessed the problem; packed and corrected the slope of the soil; and encouraged me to contact them with any other concerns. Their work will allow the proper drainage of water away from my house. Thanks again!

These guys are unbelievable!! My 25 year old house was built over a spring, and the crawlspace was always wet . My support beams were rotting. Everyone at JES Appomattox from the estimator to the work crews were polite, professional, and explained everything. My repair was just finished today. A big THANKS to JARRETT and DAMON! What a team that worked straight through to get the job done . Amazing Customer Service! Your home is your biggest investment, make sure it stays safe and get your foundation repaired. This project was encapulation of the crawl space, including mold, etc. removal. The initial estimater was professional, well versed, knowledgeable, and friendly. The crew that did the work was the same - explaining exactly what was going to happen per day. Work quality was very very thorough, polished and a 5 on a 5 scale.

My swimming pool deck is level again! Five stars to Bryan Rutherford, Efelis Hayes, Vince Gardner and another red headed guy (they worked so fast I couldnâ t get all the names). Dedicated, thorough professionals all. The JES crew have made a BIG difference in my backyard. Turned out to be even better (and quicker) than I expected. I couldnâ t be happier.

I would like to send a shout-out to four of the best working , professional “young” men I have seen in a while! I was amazed with their knowledge and the great customer service they presented in doing a job at my home. They are John Beckman, Charles Strause, Noah Hook and Cedric Roufflin. John, Keenan, and Paul were extremely professional, job was completed fast, and my basement flooding is fixed backed by a lifetime warranty. A job doesn't get much better than that! Hire JES. Worth the extra cost.

Communication was wonderful from estimate to scheduling to construction. The crew of Calvin Coffee, Andrew Benitez, and Eric Phelps were wonderful. Calvin called me prior to their departure from the Salem office with their departure time, and estimated time of arrival. They arrived within 5 minutes of their estimate. Calvin then reviewed the work package, and his crew then prepped my kitchen, walkways, and doors for access to the work site. One of the doors needed to be removed, and they installed plastic over the doorway to ensure dust did not enter the rest of the house. They put in a solid 8+ hour days with no breaks for the job duration. At the end of each day, Calvin and the crew walked us through the work completed that day, and the work to be done the following day. Upon completion, they walked us through the complete job site, providing us the instructions to the pump and batteries they installed, as well as the maintenance processes for everything. Clean up was awesome, and I now have a functional basement for my home! Even their truck had a sticker plate for the name of the mechanic who maintained it. I was impressed with the integration of this firm, and with the final product. I would highly recommend for their work product!

Foreman Rudy Gonzalez was helpful and very knowledgeable; coforeman David Perdamo and installer Morgan were also very good.

Francisco, Walter, and Brayan were the best. They even tolerated my puppy under their feet.

The Foreman, Bryan Rutherford, was very professional and one that takes pride in his work. Bryan did and excellent job. I would definitely recommend the company.
