The work crew was very polite and efficient. The work that was done was very good. They left my basement in a cleaner condition than it was when they started.

Thomas Reamer and Ramon Goard installed a sump pump and drain line and reinforced the waterproofing material. Very thorough in explaining the problem, solution, and showing us pictures of the process throughout. They worked steadily through rain and heat. Very impressed with them and their work.

JES cut and removed a portion of my driveway slab and added a trench drain to handle run off. The results were exceptional and I would recommend JES if you have a similar project planned.

Tyrone, Brandon A., and Donte were very professional. We were given a "tour" of the work completed each day and kept us informed on next steps and daily work schedules.

Overall experience was awesome. They got me scheduled almost a month earlier than anticipated. My crew was Abdul Kargbo, Bobby Burgess, Bryan Segouia, and Ajeet Ryatt. These guys were amazing....very courteous, VERY professional, and very efficient. The crew chief Abdul talked to me every time he was beginning a step, to tell me what they were about to do then we did a walk through at the end of the day to show completed work. They came in, set up, got to work and finished the job within the two days, just as they said they would. I've also had interactions with JES staff via phone and they were very pleasant and courteous. Overall this is an excellent, customer service oriented business!!

The JES specialists who worked on our project were knowledgeable, diligent, thorough and courteous. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. Bryan installed the polyfoam to reinforce our basement steps. Lee Stark was the foreman on the installation of our french drain and the membrane around the basement walkout. His crew consisted of Kevin Roberts and Derrick Trask. All were attentive to duty and very polite. They listened to our questions and concerns and worked to address them appropriately. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.

We just had our foundation repaired and stabilized using JES, and are very pleased with the level of professionalism and service that we received. Starting with the salesman MJ Ghene, who walked us through the process and answered our many questions, to the Foreman Jose Rodriguez, and his crew, Henry Ayala, Silvester Droel, and Rafael Garcia, who completed the work with care and consideration of our time and home. Throughout the whole process, even while waiting for the permits, JES was communicative, upfront, and honest. I would definitely recommend them for your foundation repairs!

The crew was great! Foreman Jaime Costello, co foreman Mike Ordonez, and installer Bryan Parada worked diligently to repair my leaky basement. They finished their job early. They kept me posted on the progress and left my home clean and tidy.

Our installation team Rafael, Juan, Silvestre, and Guillermo were excellent. They were polite, timely, and communicated with us every step of the way. We are very pleased with the results.

The initial interactions with Jay were great. Jay was professional and personable in assessing the issues with my home's foundation. One of the selling points for me with JES was that the price of the repair would not change no matter how deep they had to drive the piers. I've interacted with other contractors that will assume 30 feet per push pier, meaning if they need to drive deeper than some or all of that cost is passed onto the homeowner. As it turned out, most piers on my home had to be driven 60-90 feet. The crew - Victor, Freddy, and Jose - completed the foundation repair in four days. They arrived on time and maintained their schedule. I appreciated Victor's explanations of his work and attention to detail. I could tell Victor was striving to do his best to stabilize the foundation without causing additional damage to my house. For example, the crew dug all the holes for the piers by hand to avoid damaging anything with an excavator. At the footer of my foundation, there was a drainage system of plastic corrugated pipe. The pipe had to cut, but when the crew was done they reattached the pipe with fittings so that the system would still function. I found the clean up by the crew on the final day to be exceptional. They filled refilled the holes and compacted the dirt, they removed all their equipment and materials, and hosed away all the excess dirt on my sidewalk and driveway.

Jose Rodrigues, Jesus Baires, and Jose N. Dias were a top notch professional team. They extended my gutter system underground. At completion, you could not even tell where they removed and replaced the grass. I would recommend this team anytime. They did a fantastic and neat job. Thank you JES.

Jenaro (the team leader), Guillermo and Armando did an outstanding job and most importantly were very polite and did their very best to clean as the job progressed and then after finished, cleaned the house areas and outside very well. Jenaro listened to my requests and followed them completely. I would recommend this team to anyone. You will not be disappointed and their work looked top-notch!

Ahmed, Maligie, and Michael were fantastic! They were amazingly fast, and the inspection went smoothly. They were professional and courteous, and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.
