The JES team, especially Freddy and Walter, did a great job on our project. They were on time every day, extremely hard-working and meticulous, and really cared about getting the job done right. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. This is really excellent and knowledgeable work.

I had the pleasure of having my driveway lifted today by Bryon Rutherford and Austin Hicks from JES, the techs were extremely professional and explained the entire process to me. The cleaned the area up and explained the warranty process and the driveway and walkway looks nice. I would highly recommend JES for driveway lifting!

The crew (Larry R and Travis C) was excellent. Very courteous, friendly, hardworking, and thorough. The drain and encapsulation job looks great. The scheduling department was very difficult to deal with. They had poor communication and customer service throughout the entire process.

JES reinforced and straightened a long, sagging load-bearing beam in my basement. Their crew was excellent: Freddy Zabaleta (team lead), Walter Zabaleta and Daniel Yacila. English was their second language but that was not a problem at all. They were skillful, fast and very polite. They were also detail oriented and extremely patient when I asked questions and suggested small changes during the process. They also isolated the work area with plastic sheets, protected my floors with anti-slip coverings and cleaned afterwards. They used high-quality, extra strong materials. Now my home's floor is flatter and feels much more rigid, which is great. My only minor concerns are that before the crew came, some of my calls to their office remained unanswered, and also they didn't bring the right beam when they came the first time, but they corrected it quicly. My family and I are very happy with the results.
