JES Foundation Repair

Had jacks installed to raise/level the floors in the entire house and had joists sprayed to counter mold. Also leveled out dirt floor and spread the dirt to make the ground more level. Had a second crew come in that installed new fireproof crawl space insulation, insured holes in foundation were filled, covered the crawl space floors in plastic (under entire house) and installed a dehumidifier Included electrical source for the equipment). Also added replacement doors to the crawl space. Erik W.'s crew as well as Anthony M., Jeremyah S. and Carl H. on the second crew did an outstanding job, are great people, and were hard workers in extremely hot weather. Their 2 hour commute to my home (and a 2 hour return) did not slow them down. They were all very polite and accomodating and keep us informed as to their progress. They did a very good job of cleanup in the end. I highly recommend JES and would hire them again in a heartbeat. They obviously know their trade and are experts at it. HIring JES was a great decision.

Corey Applin came out to do the initial survey of the job and was great at explaining what the job would entail. When the crew showed up, Juan Delarosa was great. Communicated every day what time he would arrive and what they were doing. Great experience in what would typically be a very stressful situation as a homeowner.

These guys were to replace the surface and install a water protection system for my crawlspace. The subfloor they had replaced was done incorrectly. Never broke their seams/cut them off, left bigger gaps than the specs of the manufacturer. Took a week and a half just to get in contact with someone and another 2 weeks for someone to come out and take a look. Ended up being told that it would be one Saturday before they could come back and fix it after nearly a month of waiting. They gave me another offer to pay the guy. I had come to inspect their work to fix one section of it. After everything was said, and done it cost me $17K, did not bother to knock down the price for me and the guy to fix their mistake. I would advise calling around before selecting these guys.

The JES crew was friendly and did a great job. Jose R, Henry A, and Jesus B, were very professional and did a wonderful job installing two footings and support jacks in the crawlspace underneath my home. They were very meticulous and ensured the floor was level and stable.

Jeb Marrs is an excellent representative to Jes Foundation. Very knowledge. Great explanation regarding the scope of the work plus the pricing was reasonable! I am looking forward to have a dry basement with a reduce worry of the water causing structural damage. Jeb was very delightful .

The JES crew was fantastic. Emilio Z, Angel M, and Juan M, were very professional and did a wonderful job installing four support jacks underneath my home. They were very meticulous and left my crawl space cleaner than when they started the repairs. The materials used for the repairs exceeded my expectations.

We had a crawlspace under half of our basement that was a nightmare before JES came and made it wonderful! The amount of work that they did, the time they took to complete it and the final results were amazing! The team of Tyrone, Brandon and Donte were very good and totally professional. It was hard work but they got it done in half of the time estimated to us. We can now get our stuff out of a public storage facility and use this space for storage. We are very pleased with JES and will highly recommend them to all of our friends and family!

Great crew! Brian Coleman, your foreman, explained what they were going to do and answered any questions we had. Very nice and professional, and his co-foreman, Datwan Tyler-Burns, was as well. The entire crew worked efficiently both days. We would highly recommend JES.

JES' Jack Hill walked us thru everything we would need done and how it would be accomplished. When the techs arrived they worked well and finished everything on time. We were very satisfied.

They arrived when they said they would, and communicated well. The workers were very polite and efficient. Their work is of good quality, I would recommend for foundation repair.

Formans Cristofer and Rudy Gonzalez and the crew, Jose Cruz, Antonio, Morgan and David were the hardest working technicians with expert skill. They explained every step in our huge project of digging 15 feet down around the entire front of our house to install 14 Push Piers. The Superintendent, Moises Paz, came out twice during the job to confirm that everything was going as planned. Everyone was of great expertise , very courteous and professional. We felt confident every step of the way. - Thank you Christian Mewes for putting the plan together!

The team of Alan, Jose and Zach worked diligently for two days to stabilize my foundation. They were extremely professional and friendly. Jose actually took the time to show me why I had a problem and how to prevent future damage. I am extremely pleased with the work they performed. It is nice to have the before and after pictures and know they stand behind their work. Both days, someone came out and checked on the progress and inspected the work. I highly recommend using JES for all of your foundation needs. Laura

Not convinced the work was needed. The person who came to look over job did not appear to look over complete issue before making recommendation. Vertical Brick on front porch was separating. When inspecting under house Person did not open passage way to see if brick sat on brick ledge. Did not have his screwdriver. Brick does not sit on a brick ledge so the 6 pillars installed really did not help. Went to another company for foam injection to lift brick.

The work crew was very polite and efficient. The work that was done was very good. They left my basement in a cleaner condition than it was when they started.
