The technician (Derrick S) was very knowledgeable, checked our system and noted that our dehumidifier was old and not doing the job-installed a new one on the spot with a 5 yr warranty. Excellent, swift work -pleasant young man. We have had great experiences with Evergreen and now JES. Would recommend this company highly

The workers were very professional and helpful with any questions we had. We had a waterproofing system installed with a sump pump before a basement concrete pour.

Waterproofing and repairs on 23 Aug 21â ¦.We had a water leaked in our basement. We called JES for an estimate and they provided a very informative causes of the leaks and what steps needed for repairs. The crew sent from JES was outstanding. Jacob Miller, Minyard Shannon, Jose Lobos, and Damian Terrell work were outstanding. Jacob was very professional and respectful the entire time. He kept us informed throughout the entire job.

Austin, out of the Manassas, VA, office, endured a long traffic delay getting to my house in Bowie, MD, and labored by himself under very humid conditions to get the job done in about an hour. My wife and I enjoyed speaking with Austin and appreciated his explanation of the stabilization process for my front porch. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Dave Kaufmann was also very helpful in setting up this project. Overall, I found the JES employees my wife and I encountered extremely helpful and professional and would not hesitate to work with them again if the need arises.

Over the past two years, I have noticed some settlement of the soil under our front sidewalk. Jes Was able to inject a poly foam to fill the void and prevent further settlement and save me thousands of $$$ on replacing it. Hats off to the crew who came out to my home, very professional, clean, and organized. They explained the process and answered all my questions. Even in 98 deg. temps they were cool and collected. Thank you so much, Adam Yeatts and Kris Schneider with the entire JES staff who provided and permanent solution to my issues. I would offer 10* but the internet wont let me :).

Derek Schmidt was early for the appointment & got right to work servicing my basement pump & dehumidifier system. He is always courteous & knowledgeable & letâ  s me know about any upcoming issues so that I can plan accordingly. I highly recommend this service!

His co-foreman Luke Morris and installers Mylee Schoolfield and Ronnie Ramirez were extremely professional as well. All involved with the installation worked hard and efficiently and I can only hope that these gentleman are paid well to do the kind of work that they do.

Austin Wells handled our sinking concrete pad and cracks near my garage. He explained everything, neat, and very professional. My wife and I appreciated how he wore a uniform and conducted himself in as an expert in his field. I would definitely call JES again, in particular, Austin Wells to handle any other concrete leveling issues.

We had a few issues come up after the initial work was completed. We called JES so they could resolve them. Steven Demshar came to resolve the issues. He was punctual, extremely friendly, and took care of all of our needs with the utmost attention to detail. We are extremely pleased with his work!

Thomas, Ramon, and Darin were attentive to restoring my yard as much as possible after digging trenches to extend downspout outflow away from the foundation. They were respectful and professional. They threw out grass seed to help restore trenched areas. They also installed insulation in my crawl space that had been removed due to water damage.

Adam and Kris were courteous, professional, and efficient. They explained everything they were doing and also the the final results. They successfully eliminated the void under my sidewalk to keep water from accumulating and getting into my crawl space.

Bryan Rutherford was on time professional explained what he was going to do and what could occur, thank goodness everything turned out good. He cleaned up everything was very polite and spoke highly of your company. I hope I don’t need it again but if I do I would use your company again.
